The water temperature of the hotel was too low. Can't swim because of cold water.

The parking lot and road to get in had massive potholes. I got charged for parking at the hotel which is stupid! I had no idea I would be charged for that. It wasn't a lot of money but I still think it is dumb to charge for parking. And the bathroom door wouldn't stay open. It had to be propped open to keep it open. Not a huge deal but I didn't love it when my kids were taking baths.

The room was nice and the room size was nice. I breakfast was great.

Staff was not very welcoming, but they wasn’t rude either. Just kinda quiet and kept to themselves which is fine, but gotta say I have stayed at other hotels in this chain , and they was much more welcoming and pleasant to conversational. Few maintenance issues came up with the bathroom shower.

We wanted to explore Kansas/Missouri so I purposefully wanted a hotel outside of city limits just to explore. Clean facilities for the most part. We had a very roomy room (stayed in a handicap room for my hard of hearing father) and it was pretty comfortable for our party of 3.

The continental breakfast area was not kept clean. Food and coffee were spilled all over the serving areas each morning. The condiment containers were empty. I had to step into the prep room to find an attendant to ask for syrup. She was quite put out that I interrupted her while she was texting. We spoke to management about it. She said she would address the issue right away.

Our suite was very nice. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed, right down to pots, pans, dishes and silverware. There was even a full sized refrigerator. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

The prices of hotel rooms are out of control. It makes it very difficult for a family to go on a trip.

We had a family above us, with I'm assuming small kidos. Running around. Wished we could of gotten top floor. The tables for breakfast are a little wobbly so becareful with drinks. Also it's only CC or Charge to room.

Loved the location..bed was huge, shower was clean and big. Loved we had a full fridge. Also loved the ceiling fan.

Both Tesla Chargers were broken (reason I chose this property). There was 1 normal charger that someone took off of my car at night. Pool closed early. Peloton was a lot harder to do than mine at home and sound wasn't great.

No Kleenex in the room. Was not informed where elevator was during check-in. Was confusing since it's farther away from the front desk than I've seen before.

Went down for breakfast at 8:00 and they were out of food. We’re supposed to serve until 9:30. Said it would be 15 minutes to make more. We were in a time crunch so this was very inconvenient. Not a lot of people either, so don’t know why they ran out of food.

Staff was friendly and for the most part the facility was clean.

The cleaning staff missed some things. Like clothes from the previous guests and little touches that make a big difference..for example there was a mostly empty roll of toilet paper left on the roll.

Hotel store prices were stupid, noise was a big issue, the breakfast was lackluster and flavorless

The room and beds were great. I got the first room on the first floor which meant i heard everything from everone else on the floor. The hotel store had a good slection, but $18 for a pint of vanilla ice cream was rather over priced

I don't know his name but he was black. He was very nice. Everything was very nice and you can tell them keep up with everything. Was nice staying somewhere where it didn't look run down like double tree
