You could hear the noises from other rooms easily. Beds and pillows could be more comfy Everytime you step outside of the hotel building you get the smell people smoking right by the door. Considering the families traveling with kids, breakfast hours could be extended little bit.

Really good breakfast, I wasn't expecting that much. There were plenty of choices and the staff was really helpful.

The charge for parking. Booking website indicates it is included it is not and it is $20 per day fyi.

The location was very good. Close to a main freeway, central to most LA attractions, breakfast is included, can prepare your own meals if you want to, not to far from the airport and close to Costco for refuelling the car and the property felt safe.

There wasn't a non-slip mat for the tub which almost resulted in a fall for my senior mom. A non-slip mat would be good for kids too. There's a support bar but, I don't think that's enough.

Customer service-communication was pretty great. Used the app to check-in and message the hotel. Let them know what time we'd get there and if they'd hold our bags till check-in, and they do. Arrived in the morning way before check - in time and our room was already ready and they got us in right away.

On arrival I told the front desk that I did not want any housekeeping unless I asked for it. A few days during my visit there was a housekeeper in my room with a door closed. I was really upset with that plus I hate when people touch my stuff. I did have a do not disturb sign on my door and must have flown off the handle when I closed the door. I just felt a little violated. Also I didn't realize that I had to pay a deposit for each night that I stayed there. Also had to pay $20 a night for a car if it's parked overnight. (I guess I should have read the fine print)

Loved that they had hot breakfast every morning. It was clean. Liked how fast housekeeping came to my door after requesting an item . I really didn't hear anyone else in their rooms which was awesome.

There is no fan in the bathroom, that was rough, and there is no door to the sink area, so the light is in your eyes if you are in the bed if someone wants to use the sink.

My room was at the end of the hallway and everyday you could smell strong bleach. There was stans on the comforter. Staff gave us a new one. Only a couple of things. But this hotel staff was excellent

Everything was fine, except there were coffee stains in my room side table, and which I have to clean my self.. so I am bit worried about the cleanliness of the property for the price they are charging.

It was good, the train station was near by. Although we have only 2 nights we couldn’t use the most of the facilities.. but I see them available like swimming pool etc

The staff is pretty unresponsive. Not helpful at all . . I wanted an upgrade and was ready to pay for it but they were too lazy to work the system and said you can only get an upgrade through the supervisor who come tomorrow. Very shabby for the name.

I didn’t like that when I checked in yesterday the keys wasn’t working and that was crazy, we wasn’t able to use the wifi either. And when we went to the pool there wasn’t any towels. We asked for towels and they took a very long time to provide us with towels.

This is one of my favorite hotel,I like how clean it is, and that they offer complimentary breakfast.

Only one elevator. That was a ways from our room. Sonwe rook the stairs with our luggage. A little difficult. Key would not work to outside door closest to our room so we had to wait till someone walked by, or take the looong way around.

We had a one bedroom suite. The sofa and queen bed were so uncomfortable. The sofa needs to be replaced. The queen bed needs more padding or replaced. The 3 nights were a torture to sleep per my husband. It was frustrating when we both did not get enough sleep. Considering this is part of Hilton, we expected more as to comfort in our suite.

CLEANLINESS commendable! The staff during breakfast, housekeeping & front desk were all wonderful and very courteous. GREAT Customer Service. Breakfast absolutely the best!
