The price to park for two nights is $108, which we thought was quite expensive. We knew in advance, as it’s posted on the site. For guests of the property, parking should be offered at a reduced rate. NO is rather rough, so we just paid the price to avoid any problems. While the rooms and lobby are clean, the hallways are not, the carpets needed to be vacuumed. The same bits of dirt / debris that were there the first day on the 3rd floor were there the day we checked out, 3 days later.

The location of this hotel is great, just at the edge of the French quarter, an easy walk to the main sights. The rooms were great, well appointed & exceptionally clean. Gym was also good. Friendly staff at checkin.

Good location in the French Quarter, but not too close to Bourbon Street so it was quiet. Great facilities, good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Really liked the in suite kitchenette.

Location... a 5 min walk to the centre of the French Quarter or Canal Steet. Breakfast ... the tacos were a nice healthier option. Guest laundry...was a great facility for us long haul travellers. Dave the concierge . .was helpful with organising our trips to the plantation and walking tours.

Not much. I thought from the pictures that the room was going to be larger. The sofa was so uncomfortable that I’m still having back issues from laying there for three nights. The area was not the best. It was not what I expected from a Hilton.

The staff at this place was amazing very cordial and informative. Very very nice. I was very pleased with the people that work there.

1. Before I arrived in New Orleans, I sent emails with questions. I never got any answer at all. I only received offers for a better room or tours during my stay which I had not asked for nor needed. That was compensated by the adequate help provided on site. However, the communication with guests beforehand needs to be upgraded and more personalized. Not all those automatically sent offer mails. 2, For the breakfast provided, there were no alternative options for the milk butter and cheese. For example, Only butter, no margarine. Only cow’s milk, no possibility of alternative, The cook had no oil to cook with and could therefore not make eggs for me without butter. She did her best for me one morning to specially scramble eggs with minimal butter product.

It was comfortable, roomy and quiet. They were able to provide a quiet room on the fourth floor which I had requested. There was a person near the front desk that could help with questions about the city. There was adequate response to problems that occurred when I reported them to the front desk. I am attracted to Home Suites because it gives the opportunity to prepare my own food.

The front desk representative was non empathetic. Just kept saying our reservation was canceled. Told us our reservation was canceled and told us to contact Booking.com even though we had a green confirmation. Luckily,the GM Simmie was there and took care of us!!

We had a problem with the electronic key to the room. The battery ran out so we couldn't get in. But, the technician arrived in about 10 minutes to replace the battery pack and then no further issues. The cost of parking was more than expected (Booking.com listed $44 per day, but it's now $48.)

The breakfast was better than expected with hot menu items as well as the typical Continental breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating! They helped with a few requests right away and everyone was very professional and kind. Great location, just at the edge of the French Quarter and Downtown.

The checkin process could have been better. The room was not ready for almost 2 hours past the check in time. I understand that we checked in a Friday and it was St. Patrick's Day. It wold have been great if someone had called and given us a heads up that we wouldn't be able to check in on time so we could have planned better.

The room was very nice for the price. The location was wonderful! We were in walking distance of all the french quarter attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we felt very safe at the location.

The breakfast could have been much better. The sausage was greasy. Need more options such as pancakes biscuits and waffles. The rooms were average but needed to be upgraded to a modern look. The same with the exterior of the building. Inside the bathroom I found small spots of mold on the base of the shower. I was in room 454. I forgot to take pictures. Requested room service for Monday when I checked in on Saturday. Never got room service.

Just one strange interaction with a receptionist who told us we could go around the corner to get a drink when we were trying to get a price on one drink that was at the self-service. That was strange.

It was poorly managed. Although they must have known it would be busy Easter weekend they weren’t ready. Instead of 4 pm check in we only got a room at 630 pm and then only because the woman at the desk gave us an upgrade. At breakfast all the fruit ,yogurt,cookies and bagels were gone over an hour before breakfast was over.

The staff were great and the location was perfect,on the edge of the French Quarter but away from the noise.The room was spacious.
