How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A bit on the pricey side
Nice big room with kitchenette. Clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was very nice. Plenty of free parking. Location is ok - not close to beach but only 15 min drive away. Breakfast was good.

Front desk clerk no very friendly at check in
Everything was great!! Location is good. Rooms are clean. Everyday something different for breakfast, it was great!!

There were really 3 things that could be improved: Check-In Times: Check-In times should probably be extended to a later time. I, and what seemed like 2 other groups, had to wait a short while for our original rooms to be fully cleaned and inspected before letting us in. This was easily resolved by the staff by giving us the choice of waiting for our original room, or letting us choose a similar room that was recently cleaned, inspected, and ready to check-in. Entrance Confusion: When it’s your first time visiting the location, it is guaranteed that you’ll miss the entrance and will head to the area for property personnel for the park. This is where Google Maps directs you at least. We’ve seen it happen a handful of times for other guests arriving to check in. Outside trash from guests: There were a few areas at the farthest parking location from the hotel property that had trash from guests.
The inside of the property was very well maintained and exceptionally clean, with plenty of parking space. All staff members that we interacted with were very professional and nice! Our room was very clean and modern, and also rather spacious. By far our best hotel stay yet!

Is was so fancy . I love that it was a secluded area but yet not that far from everything . The kids loved the pool with the basketball court beside it ! Luv it !

There is nothing my family and I didn't like. This is our 2nd time staying here when we come to PCB, Florida. We are planning to stay here again on our next trip.
My family and I love it here. The staff are super friendly and the hotel is so cleaned. It's not far from the beach. It's super convenient to the surrounding areas.

I think they might have a new chef. My past stays there we never had the same breakfast twice in a row. Breakfast was good …just different. I also miss the staff that use to assist elderly or bilingual guests. This is definitely not a compliant. I am just mentioning what was different that I missed.

The evening reception was only on Wednesdays. We would've loved for it to be Mon-Thurs like it is at other Homewood suite locations. Breakfast was good but lacks variety (needs bagels, muffins, etc)

I was put in a hearing impaired room. So there was constant running above me. Kids roaming the halls alone. Kids making breakfast alone no adult supervision.

This was a well managed facility. The place was spotless, nice pool area and a well used basketball court. Staff were friendly and so very responsive to any request. Our king suite was large and well thought out. Great a/c, ceiling fan, kitchen and sitting area.
