I was quite surprised to be charged a $75 pet fee for a one- night stay with our dog. We travel with him often and this is the highest fee we've seen charged. I won't be going back with him as the rate for a pet is effectively higher than it was per person for my husband and I!

Lovely large comfortable rooms with all the amenities. The breakfast was very good and the front desk staff was warm and welcoming.

We had a two bedroom suite and the thermostats in each room were crazy. You’d set it on 80 and it would blow cold air. No toaster. Full kitchen but no toaster! Crazy assortment of kitchen gadgets and beat-up pots, like something that fell out someone’s RV.

Nice big rooms, good area to walk dogs, close to great shopping and entertainment. Loads of parking. Comfy beds and quiet.

Checked into the room with no Kleenex and toilet papers, took the staff a long time to bring some to the room. The floor of the pool looks dirty, so I didn’t get to use that.

The room was very nice and family friendly. The price was reasonable.

Property is getting old. Lift was not working so we had to carry luggage on the stairs. Fold out sofa was very old and almost not usable

Their *Swiming pool and Spa* were Closed. They didn't had no warning about it until we arrived to the hotel_even thoe they argued that they did🤦‍♀️and had to provide to them Images that i wasn't lieing at the end. Very disappointed because it was one of the main reasons we booked that place😞and unfortunately they didn't even bother to apologize or give us any discount for the inconvenience.

Food was good. They give you enough time to get a bit before it's time to close. Ladies that setup are super caring and kind making you feel like your having breakfast at home.

I specifically booked this hotel for the in door pool and hot tub. It was for a short getaway for my husband and I to celebrate his birthday. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service and was very disappointing.

The room was great. Loves the size and all it had to offer.

Location was walking distance to Costco, Edwards movie theatre and a few restaurants. Breakfast was decent. Stayed in a 1 bedroom unit. Unit was spacious and clean. Loved the lobby decor. Keep up the standard Hilton!

The only thing I was thinking that could’ve been better was breakfast. It may sound picky, but when you are serving waffles, serving pancakes and no eggs or other protein beyond sausage is really not a great breakfast. It’s just Motel 6 with better presentation. Pancakes and waffles are basically the same thing. Beyond that, there were packaged breads and sweets, sugary cereal, and oatmeal, which is just another carbohydrate. One Some eggs would’ve been appreciated. There really wasn’t much for me to eat, and we paid $300 for this room. Also, while I don’t mind paying a pet fee, $75 is a bit steep for one night. We were barely in the room for 12 hours, and our pet is tiny.

Lovely facility and amenities. Staff is exceptional. Location really convenient. We stayed here as we were driving through and pulling out trailer. There was ample parking, and there were enough restaurants within walking distance, that we didn’t have to move it again once we parked it. That is huge to us.

I did not like the dirty mirrors and doors that had some sort of liquid splattered on it. We ran out of toilet paper the second day and i called the front desk to let them know about it as well as the tv that wasnt working in my room and that we had trash by the door that needed to be taken out and a refresh of towels. we left for the day and came back very late afternoon and nothing had been done. We still had no toilet paper. I called the front desk to inquire and they said I could come get some at the front desk. I saw a housekeeper on our floor down from us working on rooms so I just went and got some from her.

The breakfast was nice and location was perfect for us as we needed to stay close to the airport. I specifically wanted a two bedroom 2 bath suite, however only had 1 bath
