I didn't like that the pool was closed and was never notated or advised. Upon arrival at the hotel they said it was on their website and should have been on bookings also.

There are a few things that could have made this 1st time experience to Idaho a good one. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and customer service is key. We had phoned before arriving to inquire about early check-in and late check out. (Keep in mind we drove 16 hours to get to Idaho.) The person whom we spoke to gave us the run around left us on hold for more than 5 minutes to find out if it was possible. She came back on to the phone and said, "Maybe, but I'm not sure and hung up." We thought it was a phone connection issue, so we called again. Spoke to another person. We started to ask the question again. We were not done asking when we were rudly cut off and were told no and hung up. We got to the hotel and asked again regarding early check-in and late checkout. We were giving information saying there was a fee and would have to pay. We agreed to pay any additional fees. Unfortunately we were told again no that option was not available to us. Sooooo it makes us question. We were told no because we're not part of the Caucasian population???? Completely felt unwelcome and segregated. Everyone was very stand-offish. They would walk and talk to us like we didn't belong there or couldn't afford to stay at this hotel. We work hard and like to travel and visit other states. Enjoy seeing new and different things. The whole experience was very unwelcoming, unsettling, and frankly very unpleasant. This world is already full of hate and discrimination. Sad to see and feel certain parts of our country fail to realize that and grow. Needless to say, Idaho and it folks are not a very welcoming state from our experience.

The area was well lite and close to many restaurants and shopping locations.

all of the elevators were broken down for some not our stay so having to use the stairs in the heat (stairway was super hot at the time) was really uncomfortable

I always wish breakfast was a little later. It is hard to get may family up for breakfast and be able to get ready to leave before check out.

The room was large, beds were great, and location was great. The night staff person was so nice and kind, even though I bothered her like 3 times and 1 am. Free water was great.

We were sad that the cutlery and plates/bowls were not reusable and put in the trash after usage.

The 24/7 gym and swimming pool/whirlpool were amazing! The breakfast options were good, and the room was big and very beautiful and clean. Nice living room and kitchen area. The staff was very friendly!

Partiers leaving the lobby and head back to rooms later were a bit loud, but not too bad. Construction next door, so drive careful - screws and nails in some spaces!

There were chips in the couch fold out bed when I pulled it out to use. I thought I had booked a 2 bedroom suite with a king bed and 2 queen beds but when I arrived it was 2 kings. The breakfast was very old/crusty french toast sticks and waffles and sausage. No eggs scrambled or hard boiled. Would liked more options. The coffee ran out and they wouldn't make more.

I liked the pool, gym & breakfast area was nice. The added pool table was a plus as well. The room was spacious as well.

No sheets provided for sofa bed for kids. Finally provided with some queen size sheets (too big for bed). Opened sofa bed to find stale popcorn in it. Changed rooms for second night. Upon first use, the toilet, it clogged; requested assistance from the front desk. They provided a broken plunger. When we used it, dirty water sprayed all over the bathroom. Reported this to the front desk. They provided a second plunger. Haven't tried it yet. So disgusted with this hotel. Do not stay here! All of this for over $500 for one weekend!!!

The lobby was pretty, the breakfast was ok, and the pool, apart from the fact that most of the jets were broken in the hot tub and they had no towels so we had to drip dry , was good.

The overhead light in the bedroom was out. The elevator was out of order. The ice machines on the 1st and 2nd floors were not working. No directions were given as to how to find our room, find a working elevator or a working ice machine.

Room was not as described. Hotel staff blames booking.com and offers compensation. Manager accepted zero responsibility or compensation. They took my money and ran. Hotel manager has emailed me twice placing the blame on booking. com.

The room was larger than many we have stayed in.

The hot tub out of service and the pool not heated.I was not aware of this .I specifically needed hot tub for my husband who had a back injury and our young grandkids stayed with us.The pool was to cold for them to enjoyI expressed to the front desk unacceptable to be charged full price for a hotel.No way will I stay here again!
