The staff was excellent. Despite it being a holiday weekend they went above and beyond. Very pleasant.

My husband left his AirPods at the pool by mistake and someone took them. This is not the hotels fault but we were disappointed that they did not get returned to lose and found. I also didn’t like how dated the kitchen was. The dish washer did not thoroughly wash the dishes and I had to hand wash them before using every time.

Big rooms, pool, breakfast, and gym. Loved having two queens and a king in our room.

Front entrance is a cobble stone type walkway. Although it's not a huge deal, and it is esthetically nice, it is not very functional to move a luggage rack over - I had to stop twice in the short twenty foot entrance to pick up a piece of luggage from falling on the ground.

Put money back into rooms with new linens and furnishing , a deep cleaning and repair bathroom floor … I do have photos to share if you would like to see what I am speaking about …

The staff , from the young man at the front desk to the lady’s setting up the food and beverages ,your staff is exceptional ! However the room itself was dirty , the furnishings were old and broken or stained . The rugs hadn’t been vacuumed , I took photos because I was disappointed … I didn’t ask for a room change since the room location was ideal because of my disabilities .. needless to say the room was not of Hilton quality I am use to

The staff from the concierge and housekeeping the breakfast staff, the friendly atmosphere, just amazing. One of the staff members in the morning on Saturday was not helpful and it rubbed me the wrong way

The hotel is worn, dirty, and in disrepair. The halls smell like dirty carpet. Even worse, our suite was dirty and smelly. Things were even spoiled, including the paper tv guide—it had sticky brown and clear stains all over it. Disgusting.

The property’s staff was very professional and kind. I felt very welcome.

Our room was dirty upon arrival. We walked in to trash in trash can and towels on the floor in the bathroom. The room was partially clean which is disturbing because it makes u wonder what is not done that you can’t see!!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The room was extremely clean and organized. One of the nicest, pleasant and cleanest hotels I have ever been to! The location was perfect.. there are a lot of places and convenience around this location that you can go to.
