Maid service only every other day so no fresh towels. Had to get them and the furniture in the room was a bit ratty

The toilet ran literally all night and scared me and my toddler out of our sleep several times throughout the night.

It was in a quiet area which made the stay pretty peaceful.

The breakfast was very kind,alot of people don't eat pork so it would be nice if you could have some turkey sausage or beef and label it so the people will no what they are eating

We went to pick up a pizza & upon returning.only to find security with a barricade for some reason & perplexed as to our names were not listed on the room. We were able to park & go inside to see why that was so. As we entered to speak to the front desk the person who checked us in. We inquired as to why our names on the room that we paid for. He comes back in and says that he forgot & told the person at the front desk to give us a parking decal. I still would like to know why was our room not in our names or why we were not given a decal aware that there their security would be on the property every night?

I did not like the fact that I asked for a high floor and extra pillows but didn't receive those options. I smelled marijuana the whole time we were there and the bathroom was not clean. We had to ask for the pillows and linens for the sofa bed while others I've stayed with had the items in the closet.

The location was just where we needed to be. It was pretty close to everything so we didn't have to go far. The room was very quiet and spacious. The price of the room was okay despite the minor dislikes I had with the room.

There were some ants outside and inside of our room. The carpet had major stains all over and needs to be changed. some molding in the bathroom baseboards.

The rooms were spacious and have separate areas which is perfect for families. lobby was also big and comfortable. overall the room was clean and most importantly the bed was clean and comfy.

The water was cold and the bathroom had mildew in the shower and shower doors.

They staff was great and the room was very comfortable.

My suite smelled of cigarettes when there are clear, visible "NO SMOKING" signs everywhere.

Loved the size of the suite and the privacy between the bedroom and living room.

it wasn’t clean , I paid extra for kitchenette that did not work . The pool was also dirty so I couldn’t get in it and those were the two reasons I booked this hotel specifically.

the location was perfect sitting right behind a Kroger’s and a street full of restaurants and convenient stores . the staff was very nice and pleasant as well

The side lock never worked. I didn't get clean towels when I asked. The faucet in bathroom leaked. The water didn't get very hot when showering. The stove was dirty and all the dishes were in dishwasher when arrived. Also the pool wasn't working. But I randomly talked to another guest who said we could use the pool at the Hampton Inn which was in front of our hotel.

I liked the location from downtown Memphis. The breakfast was good. Security was friendly and monitored the parking lot well.

The A/C was not cooling as it should the past couple times I've stayed. Some slippage, but still a nice place to chill unwind. Don't fall off Homewood.

the pool is dirty and the breakfast does not have many selections. i booked this hotel at last minute because our previous hotel was cancelled due to power outage. We came and checked in late at night and the front desk lady immediately told us that the hotel was sold out w/o checking our reservation. She told me she didn’t understand how i could successfully book. She scared the heck out of me, worrying where we were going to sleep after a long drive and 3 tired children. She was grumpy when i asked her to recheck. And finally she found our reservation. We got checked in but not with a welcoming gesture. Anyway, i am still happy we had a place to stay that night.

location, many stores around and convenient. Our AC was not working and our room was 81F. I called the front desk and Tim- AC person came to fix it right away even though He was supposed to leave for the day. i am grateful. Thank you!
