Booking.com did not tell me the pool was closed. I picked this hotel for the pool that was unavailable. Most of the Sunday workers were by the side doors smoking weed. The hallways smelled like weed the whole first day we were there. The bath tub was leaking and the main door and bathroom door handles were worn out.

It had a comfy bed and small kitchen. The room temp was good too. The breakfast in the morning was your traditional hotel breakfast nothing to fancy but was fine. The morning staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel manager was nice and understanding.

The bed was just average, and the pillows were thin and very uncomfortable. The rooms were not that clean and we had to ask for washcloths. We stayed two nights and there was no service of any kind the whole time we were there. The pool being closed was a big disappointment.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. There was a good variety of items both hot and cold. The location seemed mostly safe, although the side door was left open several times.

The parking lot is horrible. There’s not nearly enough parking. The room we stayed in had random paint touch ups on the ceiling like there may have been water damage. The room smelled as if it once had been smoked in and not cleaned properly even though it’s a no smoking hotel. There were clear burn marks in the carpet, on the couch and on the coffee table. There wasn’t a full roll of toilet paper to be found. The night front desk attendant was rude and acted inconvenienced by having to help.

It was close to the venue we were attending a concert.

Breakfast was mediocre but as expected for a continental breakfast. Our door was a bit wore and did not shut well and we had to pull/push to make sure it shut well.

It is located within walking distance of the concert venue which is why we chose it. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious.

The pool was closed. In the room the bathroom was not cleaned. Floor was very sticky and there was used soap in the soap dish and someone’s else’s body wash on the tub. The floor behind the door was so dirty.

Two of the back entry doors did not lock which bothered me for security reasons.. We had to pay $5 extra for parking because there was a concert going on nearby.. I have never had to do that while staying at a hotel

It would be nice to have breakfast extended until 10 am or 9:30, people like to sleep in on vacation. I didn't like that the pool was closed, the website did not say the pool was closed indefinitely, I felt a little deceived. I picked this location specifically for the pool. The heat went out in my room twice. There was also a little left over trash behind the couch that house keeping missed.

The breakfast was ok, there was hot food instead of continental, you just need to get down there early before the food and juice run out. I liked that the hotel had a social event in the lobby for guest even though we kept missing it. It was a nice idea though. The hotel is close to the air port, and it was quiet.

There were a couple of items left from the previous occupants in our room like a paper plate on the floor and a couple of streamers probably from a party. The bathroom could’ve used a vent to control humidity but was otherwise decent. The pool was closed at the time of our stay but that’s ok it wasn’t a damper on the trip.

The staff were very kind and helpful overall. Diner service is something I’ve never seen at a hotel before, but it was the highlight of the stay. All the food was delicious, and we were very surprised to find out the beer and wine selections were included in the diner service. The rooms were large for a hotel and the kitchenette was a neat add.
