Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesRooms are really in need of renovation ( new carpet is a must in the bedrooms and hallways), the elevators are very small and slow.
My room was very clean and spacious. Loved the huge shower! The bed was comfortable, the location is great ( various restaurants nearby, Dave and Buster is within walking distance, Hardrock casino is only 10 minute drive away), friendly and helpful staff.

United StatesCheck-in was absolutely awful,’the worst experience we have ever had. We got in around 12:30am, immediately I walked into the hotel to check-in. When I walked in no one was at the desk and there were signs saying they had temporarily stepped away. I stood by the desk for approximately 1-2 minutes. Then decided to utilize my time better and unload my car while I waited for the person to come back. So I grabbed a cart and went out. This took some time to get all our stuff on the cart and grab other items and unload the kids. I then went back into the lobby with all our stuff and my kids while my husband went to park. Still no one at the desk, I stood back with my kids by the chairs in the middle of the lobby. A few minutes later someone pops behind the desk in a rushed fashion, looks at me then down and runs off again. I assumed he was in the middle of some important task and would return. Then my husband came in after parking the car. My husband asked me if anyone had come out and I had to be loud for him to hear me respond of what had happened. At some point a grub hun driver walked in also needing assistance from the front desk. I finally decided to try and do contactless check in via the app. I however couldn’t get it to find our reservation, so I had to call the 1-800 number. While I was doing this my husband was trying to cal the front desk of the hotel and the phone was left to ring with no answer. By the time I was getting off the phone with the 1-800 number the guy had come back out. He assisted the grub hub driver and then my husband started talking to him. The guy behind the desk told my husband because we weren’t standing at the desk and instead back by the chairs he assumed we didn’t need anything. The hotel itself needs a little updating. It would also be nice if the room had a broom and dustpan. Traveling with kids they got food crumbs all over the floor and I would have liked to have been able to clean it up.
The location was perfect for us, it was kind of tucked away where you weren’t on a main road. However it is close enough to Hwy 60 and I-75 that you can easily get wherever. The majority of the staff was helpful and kind. I did like that the room had a little table with 2 chairs to eat at. Also the full fridge, microwave and dishes came in super handy.

The staff making the breakfast was fun/friendly, and talked with my kids. Plenty of parking. The room had a mini-kitchen area for those who might need one. The price was pretty reasonable.
