Kinda out of no where. So no 7-11 near etc. BUT there is star bucks, Chinese n pho and Korean, Indian food right there I can walk to.

Liked free hot breakfast daily. Hot coffee n tea all day.

No elevator access or another form besides the stairs to get to the second floor. Charged is $8 per car for parking per night! - This rule went into effect AFTER I booked (guy said a couple of days before I checked in) so I shouldn't have to pay $16 PER NIGHT but I did! This is definitely a negative.

Beds were very comfortable! Rooms were a comfortable size. Loved the amenities available in each room. Loved the fridge size! Appreciate that there was a little dish soap available for us to use!

The exhaust fan in bathroom seems to be broken and is very loud. Other than that, I wish there could be more variety in breakfast.

The back side of the parking lot is small. I found parking hard later in the evening.

The comfort of the room. I found out after my travel that you except pets. I will keep that in mind for next time.

My room was a little tricky to find...maybe an extra sign indicating location of the rooms on the backside of the building (room 103)

Drew answered my phone calls to confirm my reservation & remembered me when I checked in. He provided courteous, gracious service, even though I had spinach in my teeth (didn't realize that til I got to my room. ugh) I also want to affirm & appreciate the signage regarding anti-human trafficking. Thank you so much for taking a stand against these horrible acts. Also, the security guard was courteous & helped out with my random requests as well.

The sofa bed was not that comfortable. We were surprised to find out that room are being cleaned every two days. Too bad that it was not mentioned when we checked in. The price is too high for this kind of service.

Staff was mostly nice and accommodating. The rooms are specious with a kitchen. Nice American breakfast with all the classics

We tried a different hotel due to the pricing. We used to stay at this hotel for 50% of the current prices and we were surprised by how high the room prices have increased even during the off-peak season.

We came to this hotel as a sudden change from another hotel which was way below expectations. Glad there was room for us so last minute. Check in and check out was smooth and friendly.

The unit furniture could be cleaner/newer, they were dusty and musty but that's just the age of it. I'm sure overtime there will be furniture and finish upgrades.

The suite layout with a kitchen was perfect for long stay. The stove top could be a little bigger as you can comfortably fit only one pot/pan but it was still convenient. Also maybe more cooking utensils that are essential to cooking would be great but I was still able to make it work. The free parking and breakfast was also perfect and a plus.

Pool area, including the BBQ grille, can't be used after 9pm. The mattress on the extendable sofa was OK in the first room (foam) but was poor in the second better room (regular springs so you can feel the steel bars when lying down). Wouldn't recommend if you plan to sleep on a sofa.

Staff were very helpful. We had no hot water and got a free upgrade to a better suite. Facilities were very good, everything was clean and well equipped.

Location excellent, 5 min drive from San Jose airport and free taxi service. Great customer service, loved the 24hr mini mart with almost anything you need! Crib in our room just like they agreed to.
