The grounds are very small, and there is not enough parking to accommodate everyone; the layout of the room made it feel very cramped

The bed and the couch were a little hard. Both needed more pillows. If you plan ahead & bring extra pillows you'll be all set. The walls are a bit thin, you can hear your neighbors moving around. Otherwise it's pretty damn good.

Coffee & snacks in the lobby were very nice. The decorations & staff were both lovely. The pool and the grounds were well kept & everything was very clean! There is a Publix right down the street & the kitchen in our suite had everything we needed.

Terrible check in. Bad experience! I paid for a one bedroom suite. And got down graded for their mistakes. Then they cancelled my reservation after I checked in. Deactivating my key card with my belongings still in my room. Key cards deactivating evey time I left the hotel for the first 2 days. No vending machines.

We awoke to find a roach which was very disappointing 😞 we were thee for work so we had to leave at 3:30 am with no time to stop by the front desk to discuss the issue. Hopefully, this review will help them to know they need to do something because we stay at hotels a lot for business and we don't do bugs that's our worst nightmare 😢......otherwise the stay was Fantastic!!

This time I think it wasn't so clean, the bed sheets didn't smell good, like it wasn't washed. The bedroom didn't seemed clean and smelling good like at my first time there.

It's second time we stay there. The first time we loved. Very clean, wonderful breakfast, excellent staff, good location.

The towels were rough and the floors made my feet dirty. Both minor things.

The location was great for us. The complimentary breakfast was nice and included items such as: eggs, bacon, hash browns, and waffles. Pool area was nice to hang out and go in for a swim. Kitchen and living area in the room was spacious.

Dead bolt lock on the entrance door didn't lock, out of alignment. The bathroom door lock didn't lock due to it being out of alignment.

Continental Breakfast was surprisingly good. Room was clean with a lot of space for 2 people.

the thermostat was difficult to control; even the staff person had trouble getting it to work. the decaf coffee at breakfast was cold on both mornings; even though I told them about it the first morning, it still was not fixed by the. second day. must be something wrong with the plug .

A couple of small things: Info about surrounding restaurants (I ended up using Uber eats but saw later that there was a Walgreens or something within walking distance - I didn't have a car/I used Uber). The hot water in the shower was non-existent. Luke warm at best. Bed was comfy and place was clean, but there was an overpowering smell of febreze or something. Overall good.

Everything was great. Breakfast was excellent, and coffee delicious. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Facility was in good, clean shape.

The breakfast was ok. It wasn't the Greatest. They kept running out of plates and bowls and the lady in the kitchen was not the friendliest. The other hotel staff were great.

The room was nice, the air conditioning had an issue but they fixed it. The location was good for what we needed. We used the grill by the pool for dinner It was a nice accommodation..

Property is a bit dated. Kitchenette lacked any oven, and floor had some odd soft spots. Guy next door was very loud, but not at bedtime.

We were in an accessible room, and it had a large refrigerator and some parts of a kitchenette.

the hot tub was ice cold and so was the pool. very disappointing

Sam who worked the front desk went above and beyond to help us. they got us an extra pillow, fixed the fire pit and was very friendly and professional. thank you Sam!
