When I first arrived the lobby attendant was a bit standoffish, she was a young Asian woman, but the other attendants were more courteous.

Room was beautifully decorated and provided great comfort. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Gym was clean and well-organized.

Scrambled eggs were great but omelette also on top of scrambled eggs, not next to it but more like same bowl had both scrambled eggs and omelette, which may not seem weird till the time you get to know Omelette has Meat in it. What the hell, If someone doesn't eat meat, they would be taken offguard, which we were.

Wifi had some awkward login issues where the signup page didn't show up. But overall speed and signal were fine, once device was signed up.

Brand new place. Smart room layout with full size kitchen, working desk and sofa. Nice patio with functional grills. Gym was spacious and well equipped. Central location for the bay area. Underground parking is a big plus. This is now my first pick for next time I'm in the bay area.

Some minor gripes about the room which are super easy fixes would be that the bathroom sink drain was stuck towards closed, causing some of the water flow to be low, had to stick something to keep it more open. The other was that the bathroom door was squeaky, nothing a little WD40 can't fix. Premium Wi-Fi seemed like it wasn't fully installed yet so we suffered a little bit there. But the connection was usable for our stay as we were mostly out for most of the day. Breakfast left some room for improvement, but I'll chalk that one up to the pandemic still going on.

Lots to love in this brand new hotel, I really enjoyed my stay here, the rooms are clean, the employees are friendly and helpful. When we asked for the other remote in order to connect our laptop to the TV they were really fast to respond and provide a solution. The location is great and within walking distance to some good places, or a short drive to restaurants. Never had an issue with noise, overall a great experience.

Terrible front desk, especially the operation manager named Audrey. She had very bad attitude when I checked out and asked for the receipt for my stay. She kept telling me Booking.com will email me my receipt, Hilton don’t have my receipt. I feel this is very ridiculous cause Hilton charged me for my stay. Why can’t you give me a receipt and explain me how much I was charged? Hilton charged me 4 times totally during my stay and the charged amounts doesn’t match with my booking reservations, which is very confusing. I talked with front desk every time after they charged me trying to figure out what’s going on. It seemed that the front desk stuffs were also confused. Didn’t get good explanation. I feel they are not ready to open. I stayed for 12 nights. Almost every morning around 8-9 am, there were loud constructions noises. The AC and heater were not working. Someone came to check, but wasn’t able to fix it. Bath water was not hot enough in the beginning (fixed later), but bathroom tap water was only hot, can’t adjust, too hot for washing hands. The full size Refrigerator is not installed, had a mini one instead. Overall, very disappointed with this stay.
