Rooms are so nice. Close to restaurants, the hard rock casino, and other shops! They have pots and pans and cutlery that you can use. Super super nice will definitely be staying again.

Nothing. It honestly couldn't have been any better. We loved absolutely everything about our stay.

The breakfast was awesome. Different options each morning. We were able to stay with our pups and have a nice open room for them. We had the double queen with kitchenette and we also loved that we could cook in our room if we decided to. The full size fridge in the kitchen was an outstanding bonus since we have 6 of us and if we have to go plates from restaurants, there isn't enough room in the small fridges that other hotels have. The location was awesome, just right for hoping onto the interstate but also couldn't hear travel nearby. They had mini golf that my girls played outside. Many places for sitting and just chilling out outside. It was just an overall awesome hotel and we will definitely be staying again.

On our way back, I noticed the dishwasher had not done a great job on the glasses and silverware. I hand washed some before we used them. Really my only criticism.

It is new and well kept. Built in 2018. Easily accessible from I 44 at exit 240. Great value as the room includes a full kitchen. We had a room with two queen beds a sofa chair TV. Everything we needed. We stayed here on our way to St. Louis and on our way back from St. Louis. Indoor pool also a plus . We could use it no matter what the weather. Also some really nice outdoor seating areas: one adjacent to the pool the other just a nice area to sit outside and relax.

However, I did not appreciate the erroneous charge against my bank account!! The total amount noted on my confirmation was $249.78 for a two-night stay. The amount charged against my debit card per bank statement was $287.25.

There wasn’t any Kleenex in the room, the case was empty. Also only 2 large bath towels. Was surprised to see full breakfast buffet with the virus picking up in certain states we did not eat breakfast.

Front desk staff friendly. Thanks for allowing pets. Nice size room with kitchen which was helpful. Bed was comfortable.

There wasn't one thing I didn't like. Breakfast and late check out is my personal favorites oh and the back patio. It's absolutely beautiful and relaxing in the evening ❤

The pool was very cold! I got half way in and got right back out. There were plenty of towels nearby and a hamper to put them in. That is about our only complaint.

The location was nice and quiet. The outdoor area was set up very nice with lots of different seating areas. Didn't try the breakfast, wish there would've been more options of things to grab and go: granola bars, fruit, etc (I could've missed those, too!).

I did not like the mattress on the sofa bed. It was very thin and felt like sleeping on the box springs. My daughter has muscular problems and is special needs. The mattress also felt like it was going to fall through. Very uncomfortable and would not recommend for anyone. We had to switch rooms because the sofa bed in the first room was completely broken.

I like the fact that the bedroom was separate from the living room and there was a full kitchen set up.

Breakfast, we paid in full through booking.com however paid again and what should have been 2 weeks was 7 days ... still don't get it. Make sure you ask alot of questions

Dont stay on Second floor. All night banging on walls from water pipes or something from pool. Verrry loud. Also booked and asked at desk tjat my room was still a roll in shower and told ues. Went to room and wasnt. Was to short on time to try hassle calling and switching a room.we had concert to get too. Beds suckkked. I dont say that evvver. But sleeping on ground camping was more comfortable. Honeslty.

I liked how they would call a free shuttle for you back and fourth across street to Hard Rock Casini.

We had booked a king studio suite more than one month in advance but when we arrived we were told the only thing available was a queen suite. Quite disappointing.

Staff was mediocre. Breakfast was disappointing. They were always out of coffee and waffle mix. Would of liked to have fresh linens more often. Room was cleaned once in 4 days. And when it was cleaned there were no paper towels or kitchen linens to use.

It was very spacious.
