The common area trash cans would fill up quick and stay that way.

The rooms were large and comfortable. The bed was soft and excellent to sleep in. The room had great temperature control as well.

elevator on our side of the hotel was out and made for a long walk for our mom who is 90.

Felicia at the front desk was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The suite with 2 bedrooms was absolutely lovely.

Loved the breakfast ! Also I left a brand new shirt in the closet (with the tags still on it!)and after we checked out they called me and had it waiting at the front desk for me to come pick it up! Such kind front desk attendant and great facility!

There was a door between our room and the next in which we could hear their tv noise whenever it was on. We could also hear their talking.

The lady in charge of breakfast brought out food to keep it hot and fresh. She constantly cleaned things up. The food area looked appealing.

The only thing I didn't like was the that I was led to believe by the hotel staff that I was going to be charged twice for my room. When I booked this stay on booking.com back on May 30, 2023, I wasn't given an option about when to pay, I had to pay immediately, and the full amount of $152.16 was paid from my bank account on that day. However, when I checked into the hotel, in addition to the $50 hold for incidentals, the room charges were somehow again applied to my bank card because the hotel staff told me it had taken $200 instead of just $50. The hotel staff couldn't explain how or why this happened and said it "should" return to my bank account in about 3-4 days, but in the meantime, I had other hotel stays to pay for and regular monthly bills, so having any money missing from my bank account would be most inconvenient. In addition, when I checked out of the hotel yesterday, I was emailed a receipt from Hilton with a different amount of $152.54 and the bottom line said, will be reconciled to MC*2345 (which is not my card type or last four numbers of my card). Thankfully, when I called my bank today (Saturday June 24, 2023 via the automated system of recent activity), there was no actual charge for this amount from the past two days. So, not sure how it got resolved.

Loved the room, bed, even the sofa bed--all was clean, comfortable, everyone slept great, good breakfast.

Your Confirmation never arrived to the property, so I had to cancel it and book it through the property directly......I had big issue , with my Family waiting to get the room ....it was a shame how "Booking" wasn't able to fix the problem.

It's hard to pinpoint something we didn't like. Maybe scrambled eggs versus the pre-made omelette. Prefer breakfast meats like link or patty sausage or bacon versus a kielbasa sausage, but I also understand the cost difference and the efficiency of current practice.

In general Homewood Suites is our preferred choice when we travel. We choose them due to the consistency of our experience when we stay. Comfortable rooms and amenities that fit our family's needs.

Breakfast was good variety and easy to get to. The Homewood employee at breakfast was so nice and helpful. the hours were good and there was enough places to sit. The waffle is always the most popular but I was able to get one both mornings.

Ran out of hot breakfast an hour before it was over. Rooms aren't very soundproof. Keys didn't work most of the time. Small pool and wasn't heated.
