I had 2 issues and one I am not going to get into because it was something specific to my situation. The one bad thing I am going to say is that the assistant manager made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him, and the only thing I had to bother him for was to extend my stay because I didn't want to leave the amazing room I had. He ended up getting me good, and I would have to say he hurt the owner as well, who I would have to say I would love to work for he goes above and beyond for his employees and his guest. Again, I feel that what happened with my stay was specific to me; however, I feel that the assistant manager should be made aware of how he was and what it cost.

The room was absolutely amazing!!! Everything about the room was amazing!!! I had absolutely no complaints about the room whatsoever. It was actually one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in quite a few, lol. The maids were amazing!!! I did not get to try the saltwater pool they had, which was a bummer, but that was my fault, not anything to do with the hotel itself. The owner was GREAT and tried very hard to fix the one and only bad thing that happened while we were there. He was very patient, kind, and understanding. The overnight guy who checked me in was absolutely amazing!! He was so sweet, patient, kind, and helpful. I especially loved that my room was right next to the ice machine, lol 😆. If you knew me, you would understand that,lol

I skipped the swim. Now that it's colder the pool water needs to be warmer. Although we still need to be cautious about Covid, it's more than time to let people serve themselves at breakfast. I've seen it done at other Hilton properties (in worse Covid times) and it can easily be done with certain protocols in place such as guests wearing gloves, distancing, etc. It's offputting to have to ask for this that and the other and VERY inefficient--and potentially wasteful. You said you had breakfast sausage so I ask for one; what I got was sliced dinner sausage (akin to kielbasa--bleah--totally wasted. If I'd seen the food, I'd have known better.

Major kudos to Marvin at the front desk. It was his second day on the job and he did great--so genuinely warm and welcoming as well as efficient and knowedgeable.

we were a bit confused as to why people could serve themselves coffee but not juice during breakfast but was no big deal it was all still so good!

Masker was pretty awesome with advice on where to find things in the area!

Breakfast could have been better. Also our in-room safe did not work and when I asked for repair nothing was done.

The breakfast was decent. Coffee was really good. Should have had better fruit options. Fruit felt like it came from can. It was terrible. Eggs were good.

Somewhat lacking in the area of sound proofing. I am not sure where the voices were coming from. Bathroom was tight between the toilet and the shower.

Wel articulated and appointed interior design. Great finishes. Very relaxing and inviting space. Great positioning of the closet and the vanity.

The room was spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast could be better, especially the coffee. Also, there were no alternative options for dairy and gluten free diets. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant. I was visiting my daughter who attends Clark university for mothered day weekend:)

The king bed in room 416 was horrible. The mattress was folding up as soon as you sat down. It seemed like mattress that would be on the sofa bed. It was the worst 2 day stay we have ever had & we have stayed here often.

We always love the proximity of the hotel being close by the places that we need to get to. The staff is always friendly and mostly helpful, although slow to respond during the night shift when you need any additional items.

Sound isolation is terrible and the hotel is very close to an highway bridge, meaning you will be hearing ALL the other guests and the carts, all night. Very low quality breakfast, some of the staff was very unpolite.

Very big room, basically an apartment. Literally the only positive thing.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear every time my upstairs neighbor would shower or use the bathroom. There was banging on the walls/ceilings all night. There was a connecting door to my room which was locked but had a huge gap underneath the door. Also the breakfast was not good.

The hotel itself was nice and seemed newer. There is parking on site.
