The pool area was short of towels once in a while and maybe some more umbrellas would be nice since it gets really hot some days. In the rooms it would be nice if the tv service had a guide to check channels as it was very hard to search for a news channel or a sporting event without going thru every channel to see what was showing and having to push a number followed by a dash is really annoying!! My stay cost us around 374/night and for that I think a person should expect top service pretty much everywhere!!

breakfast was very good each day and the shuttle service is a great addition. The pool wad nice and warm as well. The coffee wad great to have always ready. The Wednesday night snack get together was nice.

Very close to everything and perfect for relaxing after moving a child in for college. Staff was extremely helpful. They had just reopened breakfast buffet that was great and well organized.

However there hotel overall was dated and the furniture in the rooms was well worn. The bed was lumpy and hard.

This hotel was an exceptional value. The staff were amazing, at all time they were genuinely friendly and would go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and / or help you with any problems or needs. Casey and Amanda in particular were very helpful prior to our visit helping me sort out a problem with Booking.com. The complementary fruit, coffee and tea stations were great to have. Everything was clean.

I was upset I just stayed a night at your hotel paid $208 for 1 night and my power went out in my room I had to call the front desk and let the clerk know about the situation so someone from maintenance can come check out the problem I just think for $200 I shouldn’t even experienced that problem I couldn’t even go back to sleep

Our toilet did not work we had to flush it with a pan of water. We got there late and left the next morning so no time to get it fixed. I called the hotel from the airport a couple of times and no answer. The taxi stand didn’t know if there was a shuttle so we took a taxi who stopped us at the wrong hotel which was closed. Then I called the hotel to see if shuttle could pick us up she kept me on hold and hung up on me three times eventually we got ahold of the taxi and they brought us to the hotel. The hotel staff were very nice about it and refunded me fir the taxi. All of this could have been avoided if someone would have answered the phone. The trash cans were all full everything needed painting .

Pretty much everything in the hotel, the pool area was dirty, the maid service was horrible, no clean fresh towels to dry off after the shower, the maids were trying to clean the room before we were scheduled to leave, the breakfast was horrible food was very bland. In total that hotel needs help, we even had to use the hot tub which was luke warm not piping hot how it’s supposed to be the pool was dirty because people were throwing paper towels in it and we were far from the beach, first and last time we’re staying there.

The breakfast wasn’t great and plus the lady who was serving breakfast was giving attitude because all we wanted was an extra cheese danish.
