Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

United StatesDuring check-in, the front desk clerk was not very friendly and seemed bothered by our presence. We were only given one physical key, and the digital key provided did not work. The clerk informed us to avoid losing the only key supplied as they had no extras available. Your front desk clerk at check-in was not very friendly; it seemed we were bothering more than anything else. We were not provided two keys, and the digital key was not functioning, so do as we were told: "Don't lose your key 'cause we don't have more."
The beds were super comfortable and the rooms was spacious. I had a great experience during my stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with soft pillows and clean sheets that made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with tasteful decor and plenty of natural light. The attention to detail was impressive, and everything from the temperature control to the bathroom amenities was top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

United StatesOnly one decorative light in living room. Therefore room quite dark. Went to bedroom to read. Sofa had table only on one side. Had to drag chair over to use as a table. No light on that side A significant thing, when you strolled on area from pool to back door, all you could see was GARBAGE along the edge of the water. Garbage seen from our room window. In our 7 days the wind blew towards the hotel. This garbage needs to be removed but it will not be easy.

Hong KongI don’t know where the hot water comes from but it took over 4 minutes to arrive at our bathroom. It seems such a terrible waste of water. The bathroom taps also need to be replaced. They were difficult to operate. The AC was quite noisy, but surprisingly, didn’t affect our sleep.
Convenient location near the airport. We returned our car at the airport, then called for the hotel shuttle. It took a long time to arrive but in fairness, the traffic was bad. The room was large and very comfortable. There is no restaurant, however we bought a salad bowl from a nearby Chipotle and dined in our room which was well equipped with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast was adequate.

Friendly greeting at reception. The suite allocated on the second floor overlooked Blue Lagoon and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. No restaurant in the hotel but excellent food at Chipotle just down the road.
