Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThey did not clean the rooms daily. We had to straighten out the linen on the bed. No housekeeper entered our room during our stay. we had to clean our own room. We had to ask for clean towels at the desk. In my opinion, this is poor service. My trip was meant for relaxation, instead I was cleaning my own room. In addition, there was a leak in the ceiling of the hallway that persisted throughout our stay. A bucket was placed in the middle of the hallway to catch the drips. I will NEVER stay at this place again!!!

United StatesInstead of charging me the booking.com price they charged me the full Hilton price and wouldn't refund the difference. Plus the a/c unit in room is Loud and there is no Guide(all you have is channel guide) for the TV so you have no idea what's on, hate that. Pretty crappy for a Hilton property. I will never stay here again.

United StatesOnly main lobby and eating area were clean. Floors near elevator and rooms were dirty. We stuck to the bathroom floor. Rooms smelled like smoke. Asked for clean towels and they were never delivered. Would never stay here again. The pillows on the bed are probably 20 years old.

United StatesOnce you get past the lobby and upstairs there is an awful smell. Guessing it’s the carpet. Smells like a mixture of burnt popcorn, seafood, and urine. Had to cover my face with my jacket because it was so bad. Once we got into the room it was a little better but there were large stains on our carpet.
Sheets were clean and I liked the kitchenette in the room.

United StatesThe bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd have liked. The walls had some type of yellow stain. The hair dryer didn't work. The toilet was small enough for a toddler and for reference I'm 5'2. Also my key card demagnetized a few times so that was annoying but nothing the staff couldn't fix for me.
The staff were very friendly and courteous and were able to help as much as they could. The rooms weren't fully soundproof but blocked a lot of sounds out especially if you have the AC running continuously like I did. The AC is loud but I didn't mind it so just a heads up to those who hate loud noises.

United StatesIf I could tell anyone before they either booked this hotel or arrived, I would tell them to STAY AWAY! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY, and farther than the passive-aggressive statement that Shrek infamously stated. First, don’t let the lobby fool you, for this is where they primarily keep their focus regarding cleaning. As soon as you turn the corner to the rooms, you are greeted with the combined smell of urine and garbage - literally, as a dog urinated on the walls while it’s owner was walking it down the hall among the multiple garbage bags that resides in the hallways even after we left. It was difficult walking down the hallways, not only due to the garbage bags, as the carpet resembled ripples of ocean waves due to it not adhering to the base. There were stains of urine and foreign substances all over the walls that continued to drizzle into the carpet. When we opened the door to our first room, the overwhelming scent of urine was so potent that it literally caused my little one to vomit. When we tried to power through the intense smell, as we were all extremely exhausted from the 15 hour drive, I was unable to accept the large amount of human hair (not from the head) that resides in the bathtub, sink, and lay in piles on the bathroom floor. While the guy at the front desk apologized tremendously for this, he tried to give us another room. Unfortunately, after yet another try, this room was worst that the first and added the smell of old, fried pickles. In both rooms, the bedsheets and comforter was stained with foreign substances, the cloth on the furniture was shredded and had mold, there was a sticky substance on all of the counters; and the walls and carpets were all stained in what seemed to be, by our guess, urine and body fluids.
The guy at the front desk was awesome and did everything he could to help us with the issues.

United StatesPool closed 3 days for "cleaning." Each time we asked about it, replies all on the order of "It's closed" or "Maybe tomorrow." No hot breakfast, still using "covid" as the reason despite no evidence of hot breakfast items spreading covid! A sneaky way to cut down on expenses using pandemic as the "reason." Carpets in hallways and especially elevators are really, really dirty.

Our bed had yellow pee stains on the sheets (I have pictures) the hallway carpets were filthy and black and the hallways have a horrible stench of dirty diapers and the red rolling cart that's used for trash just sat in the hallway filled with smelly trash. That is horrible that your guests have to smell that every time they return or leave. The gentleman they had on duty that picked up the trash didn't look professional at all. Sloppy clothes, stained jeans and long hair that was not maintained. We stay at several Homewood Suites properties in California and never ever has it been this bad. The ceiling fan in our room we couldn't use bc once you turn it on it swings so bad I thought it was going to fall down so I had to go to Walmart and buy a fan. I know things cannot always be perfect but coming from a customer service and hospitality background I should have been given a credit for my room but bc I booked it thru Booking.com the property is not responsible. I will definitely spread the word about this property. I'm sure it's not a big deal to the property but sometimes word of mouth can be the worst thing.
It was convenient to the freeway. The room was OK but for being a Hilton property it did not meet high standards. We have stayed in Homewood Suites in California and their properties are a 10 out of 10 where this one was actually a 4out of 10.
