What can be improved is breakfast, there wasn't much choices and ends at 9am.

The room was exactly as the pictures, it was clean and very quite, the best room of our trip, the shower was awesome. Breakfast was good, it was buffet and they always had eggs which is something I like to have in the morning.

Would have liked to have a bath tub, tried to switch the room and told nothing available.

Breakfast host was very pleasant and eager to assist if there was anything I could not find. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable and easy to drift off to dreamland. Front desk morning shift, lovely lady was very pleasant and made sure to acknowledge every time I left and returned. I enjoyed her asking how my day was.

Black moldy looking specks on the end/edge of paper towel in kitchen, specks of residue on the shower floor, and missing bottles of water (or perhaps none comes with the room).

Walking into the room and seeing the guest's name on the TV was a nice touch :-)

I had a slight problem with the TV in my room. Not a serious issue. Also - and this is pretty nit-picky - I would have loved some *non-flavored* cream dispensers that weren't the tiny individual containers. (For morning coffee, from a plastic waste minimization perspective.)

Very quiet. Comfortable, large bed. Plenty of space. Kitchen small but perfectly functional and came in handy. Good-sized gym facilities.

Hotel.should.offer tea in the lobby in addition to coffee. Also- it's a small that Hilton cut back on complementary toiletries like toothbrushes and razors (when you forget them).

Despite the room has full kitchen that I can cook for family, there is no window to let the fresh air to enter the room. No slipper in the room also. The location of the hotel is far away from city center. We rent a car so we dont have a problem. Parking is free. Several guests have dogs, some are big dogs. I have severe allergy of these animals. Luckily, my room does not smell at all.

The hotel equipped with full kitchen plus microwave but no oven. Gym is open 24/7 with key. Breakfast is included. The staffs are helpful especially the lady in front desk.

Desk person at check in didn’t appear to know what he was doing. It was extremely hard to understand what we was asking as he mumbled (spoke very softly) and had a very hard to understand accent

While walking around the breakfast bar, there was a male staff member complaining about the guests using the bowls rather than the plates. He went in the back and complained to the female staff member and they both were making comments. Not appropriate.

Convent location - close to the Meadowlark Botanical Gardens, the maintenance crew was great, the room was spacious for my husband and two kids and super clean.
