Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesIt’s a wee bit out off the beaten path, but as long as you have a car it’s great. It’s not walking distance to any shops.
Clean, comfortable, spacious room with kitchen, friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast, to get a person going in the morning, and the fitness room was nice. And there’s an ice skating training facility that opens to the public which we got some ice time in at too.

Breakfast choice excellent. Laundry facilities good. Very pleased with kitchen setup. Proximity to Washington DC as we took MetroRail to see the sights.

United StatesThe weather was really crazy and I wish there was better weather to explore more around the area. I know this isn’t fault of the hotel and it seems like changing weather is a common thing in Virginia. Other than that I don’t have nothing negative to say about my experience at the hotel.
The hotel seems fairly new. It’s in a Great location close to many restaurants and has a walkable area that is great if coming with kids or pets. Great staff, super clean room and common areas, comfortable bedding, very secure hotel as well. Oh and FREE parking! As soon as you walk into the hotel you feel welcomed by the staff, I had Omar be my host and he was amazing! (Thanks for being an awesome host and keeping in touch with all our needs, specially with my pets needs!). The room was clean and they have a welcome screen with your name, weather and so on. The TV is a smart TV with access to Netflix and many other services if you need to binge to your favorite shows. The breakfast didn’t have the greatest options available, it was fair but although limited it was good quality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that travels with their pets!!!
