I booked a room suite and the room was dirty and with no heat, no heat very upset

Am almost a regular here, location is good for me but I've been a recipient of good and bad rooms.

Hotel doesn't provide coffee/tea in the rooms. The main chair was smudged. Doesn't enforce the policies they have on no parties or quiet time. Two out of the three days I slept there- noise in the parking lot / adjacent rooms with the banging of walls, stomping on the floor, loud music, obscenities, and water running was going on from 9 am to 6 am in the morning. Forced me to cut my stay short!

Comfortable bed with matching pillows. Room is big enough with a kitchenette, working microwave & fridge. The night staff are really wonderful and go the extra mile to provide a worthwhile experience. wouldn't say that for the day staff though. Location is good.

there was a pipe found in my room and I went to the front desk to give it to him and he said the room would be cleaned and I might get some kinda rebate from it but nothing was done he didn’t even have anyone clean the room disgusting

Smoke alarm was beeping took it to the office and asked to have it replaced… it was not. Noise all night long. Fighting in the parking lot 6am!

Receptionist was coughing the whole time and was slow. Area was sketch. Gave me an iron with no board to use. Shower is small.

The room smelled like smoke even though it said non smoking room. The guy said he upgraded us but I thought I had a king bed with a couch and it only had a king bed. Also the shower door didn’t latch no biggie but didn’t want to get water on the floor. The cars parking at the entrance to go to the restaurant on the corner almost had us rethinking staying there. Mainly because you could hardly get in the driveway. But no problem after we got past them.

Got there and we were able to check in a little early. Quiet. Parking right in front of the door, and it allowed our dog.

The website is extremely deceiving, nothing like pictured. Stains on walls, hanging pictures, furniture. Cockroaches coming out of the walls. My kids were afraid to sleep. Soo much noise. Slept maybe 2 hours. The most uncomfortable stay I have ever had. The good reviews must be false or extremely old. Please don't get taken by this motel.

Room was old. Decades worth of paint over paint over paint didn't hide the cracks and holes and patches. Paint peeling off, baseboards coming off the walls, bathtub was cracked and peeling, all the corners had funk and dust in them. Shower was old and very little water pressure. Toilet seat was old and loose. TV was small. No outlets conveniently available by the bed. AC worked but is a very old unit, you can not program a temperature. Bedside table was very small and very wobbly.

The price was low. Hot water was hot.

The second room had no air conditioning and was very hot in room. The shower was broken and the bathrobe had big chips in it . The where a lot a spiders and the floors where dirty.and dust for days. The beds would lean to the side and u fall off fridge was to small for that size room and no coffee maker or waters.

They try to charge me eligal for deposit $$ as you never told me , the stuff several times try to charge , and when I ask him for what ? He told me your booking company know that why , so I did walk out , and never ever go to that place , because you never says to pay deposit also ? I did not like at all to stay ?
