One of the plugs in the capsule wasn't working and the room was waaay too chilly.

The capsules were spacious, i loved that they provided thick blankets instead of just sheets.

The hostel plays laud music in a hallway outside the dorms till late hours at night. I could not sleep at all, not even with earplugs. When I asked to turn it down I was told the music stops at 10pm. That was not the case on Friday night I stayed there. The music was on till at least midnight. You can be unlucky and book a hostel located near a night club, but I have never come across that it’s actually the hostel itself imposing such inconvenience on its own guests. Where’s the logic I don’t know, as there was no one in the dark hallway to even listen to that music, but instead the guests in my dorm could not sleep.

The location was great, close to metro and buses, as well as walking distance downtown. The hostel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The capsule was a little noisy when you bumped your elbow against it which is almost inevitable.

The capsules don’t have doors they just have blinds and you can’t run off every source of light in the capsules, the red light button is always on

Location was great, a metro stop just 30 seconds around the corner, the beds were comfortable and nice and quiet neighbourhood and just a street or so away from plenty of nightlife

That the shower was all the way in the basement. There was some hair strands in my bed when I checked in. The sinks on the 3rd floor needed to be clean.

Nice capsules(bed) and clean unfortunately you can’t really close completely and some light enter and are not sound proof. There are not many restrooms/bathrooms/washrooms at second and third floor. You don’t need a locker for your closet but the latter is not big, it can contain only a school backpack.

This place is really well connected whith the subway at 100 mt. Nice capsules(bed) and clean, if you are tall 185 cm you won’t hit your head. On Friday there is free beer. You have more privacy than in an usual Hostel due to the Capsule beds. The beds were really comfy and I would recommend this place!

Very friendly and helpfull Miguel on the reception. Neighborhood as safe as I even decided to leave my motocycle on street. Close to metro. Capsules clean. Bathrooms clean. Good to have your own padlock to lock the cupboard otherwise you can buy (not rent) on reception for 5$.

Only thing is that the pods is that the pod only had the usb to charge your electronics. I only had the c type and was not able to charge my phone in the pod.

I liked that it was close to the metro station. The cafe had great coffee. I also like that you’re able to use the Goki app to get into the main door and room door.

I wish they have a kitchen available for travelers. Larger than the small room with the fridge and microwave they currently have and a better discount for drinks at the coffee shop downstairs since there was no way for travelers to make their own. One last thing, I was hoping for a more sound proof capsules for the light sleepers, but I am really not a capsule hotel expert, so i don't know if such thing even exists.

Capsules are a great idea. It gives you so much more privacy than just dorm bed. The location and value were good as well

The street is absolutely chaotic over the weekends, and the hostel is not sound proof at all. We could not sleep until 3-4 am both at Friday and Saturday due to nonstop music, partying people and loud motorbikes on the street. This needs to be informed for people who don't know DC, or the place should improve its sound isolation. I mean it, it is impossible to handle the loud noises.

Easy access to metro. Private room was decently comfortable. Automated check in is straightforward if instructions are followed.

My husband and I are 60 and a little technically challenged, so we found the self check in process a little challenging, to say the least. Once we finally got our heads around it though, accessing the hostel and our rooms each time we returned was really easy.

The location is fantastic. Literally a stones throw from the metro and surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. We felt completely safe at the hostel which is really important to us. We loved the sleeping pods although my 6ft 1in husband had to sleep slightly on the angle, but it wasn't a problem. Otherwise the pods were reallly spacious and well appointed. Everyone in our room was really quiet and respectful of each others privacy and space. There is a great little cafe within the hostel complex and I thought the showering facilities were perfectly adequate. No issues there. I would definitely stay here again if I return to DC.

Check in management was not there to help; the capsules were breaking apart, at least mine. Capsules have no door, having stayed in another capsule hostel, this one was limited: no door, buttons inside didn’t worked, and neither ac.

The charging port inside the capsule requires native chargers bc of the power requirements so if you have a off brand it won't charge properly. There are plenty of other chargers around.

I didn't eat here but the location was right around the corner from the metro and the people were friendly and very helpful. The room was quiet and it felt very safe and homey.

I had the feeling people were living there for a longer period of time, which was less nice then being around tourists

Spacious rooms with lots of storage capacity beside the lockers. The facilities in the basement were good, but can image that they will be crowded at certain moments. The self check-in and room key via the app worked great, even with backup codes in case you forget or don't want to bring your phone.
