We loved everything! The continental breakfast was good for a quick bite- donut holes, cereal, breads, and frozen burritos but for a day exploring I would head out for a more filling meal. We will definitely stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable, there was a private deck overlooking the river, the shower was awesome! There is a 2 mile Riverwalk behind the hotel that is perfect for a run or stroll. And you can fall asleep to the sound of the water flowing. Walkable distance to the Hot Springs and friendly staff.

Breakfast was very basic. The frozen “breakfast” pizza needs to be stopped…inedible. Fruit and oatmeal got me through but kids didn’t have a whole lot more than toast. Maybe get one of those waffle machines?

The hotel and location in Ouray was excellent. I would recommend staying here.

The front desk is hardly ever “manned” meaning we went for coffee and it was closed we called down to the office at 2am to complain of a noise situation and it was never resolved because no one was there. They were almost empty but still decided it was a good idea to rent out the room above us to someone who had a “service” animal. The dog was barking, chasing a ball, and running all night from 2am until 4am then again at 7am I called down to the office several times and no one ever answered. When I called in the morning to let them know she just said she would take care of it. But nothing to us to compensate for a lousy night of no sleep! I was upset since it was supposed to be a relaxing trip for rest but we didn’t get any rest on our second night there.

The room was clean and the beds are very comfortable the balcony has a beautiful view of the river. It’s close to town and the hot springs. The first night was peaceful and relaxing very quiet and we slept great.

The shower head was a bit odd for that type of shower...a bit difficult to maneuver.

The hot tubs on the premises weren't very warm. Barely body tempurature.

The room was spacious with two king beds and was well equipped. We enjoyed the fireplace. Loved the "cowboy/stagecoach" theme of the place Great location near the main area of Ouray and the public hot springs. Plus, we had the corner room overlooking the stream, with windows on two sides so had lots of light.

The breakfast was the only negative, a few hard boiled eggs and some dry cereal also offered frozen burritos, not what I would advertise as a Free breakfast. Very poor from what I'm use to in my travels.

The staff was so friendly here! When we wound up running behind, they called us to help arrange for a late check in. The room had the cutest furnishings, and the room was huge! The balcony looked right over the river, It was in a beautiful location.

Very close to hot springs and walking distance to restaurants. Outside area included picnic area and walking Plath along river. If time had allowed, we would have stay another day.

Sink in the bedroom, and perhaps the decor was a little over fussy for out liking.

The owners obviously care about their hotel, and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Good location within an easy walk to town. Lovely sound of the stream just outside our room.
