The beds are awful. Not comfortable at all. It’s like sleeping on concrete. I unfortunately do have back issues so I know that’s my own issue but these beds just aren’t comfortable.

It was really noisy. Granted we were on the first floor, but I was woken up multiple times during the night because other guests or people outside were being loud.

Other than breakfast. Nothing against the individuals who like it. I am not smoker but the elevator really bother because the strong odor.

My room was cleaned only after my first night of stay, but my shampoo bottle wasn’t refilled (I got a new one when I asked the front desk and they were kindly helpful). The breakfast was poor ion the first two mornings and had something hot to drink only on the third morning. The iron board needs a change both on the cover pad and for stability. There was a weird smell in the bathroom when the fan was on.

It’s 8 min. drive to the University, has food places around, It has a quiet surrounding. Sheets and bathroom is clean. Staff ls helpful. I didn’t hear noise from anybody during my 3 nights stay. There was an iron and a board in the room.

Well there's was 1 smoking room available and they gave us our key but when we go up to the room it has not been cleaned at all from the night before so we ended up having to settle with a non smoking room and staff was quite rude

Breakfast caught us off guard. Looking forward to meal and hot breakfast but due to lack of staffing was not included. They did have coffee and muffins.

Overall very nice experience. Nice pool. Nice facilities and very nice and professional staff.

The dark and isolated area its in. Towels feel rough. Very dated, including the TV listings. spacious room, broken drawers that dont stay close. Rude female staff during the day, had a quick question and the Staff acted like I was bothering her because she was about to eat.. Found someones dirty socks beside the chair...

The price made since once I arrived, perfect Third shift hotel, very isolated and 6 minutes from Frye Hospital! Police passes through to keep the property safe. The breakfast is still bagged with sausage biscuits... The male Staff was amazing!!! Hot water with strong showers and bathtubs are awesome for soaking sore muscles!

Refrigerator did not have a bottle of water Small chair was broken Information on WiFi should be on the table and in the TV. (Recommendation: A text message can be sent to the customer upon registration about the access to WiFi.) Info on how to order food should be on the table. Carpet on the floor look old.

The room has three different mirrors. Small refrigerator Microwave A/C and Heater worked properly TV very good Nice curtains Good view through the window. Bed was comfortable

Wish breakfast buffet was provided but they had breakfast to go bags. Wish lobby room coffee machine is available daily, not just weekends.

Loved the space in deluxe room for my large family. We would come back if we come to NC again.

Room 116 is not up to the standards of other room in this hotel. Bathroom leaves a lot to be desired.
