We wanted a place that was close to the airport as we had an early morning flight. The hotel exceeded our expectations. IT was very close to the airport, clean, room was very large and it had everything we needed!

The staff were very supportive. The receptionist was kind enough to let me stay until late evening, when my flight time was due.

Coffee provided in the room wasn’t great. The building itself is a bit dated and could do with some TLC (the lift really is as slow as molasses). The fire alarm went off the night we stayed and only sounded in the hall, not in our room - and actually didn’t wake me at first over the sound of the aircon, which was a bit of a worry.

Location was great and the room was comfortable, with plenty of space. Breakfast was ok and it was possible to buy snacks on site, which was really handy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We’d happily stay here again if we were flying into SLC airport.

Communication between staff who agreed to let us check in early. The staff on duty the day we checked in didn't know that we had called and gotten approval.

Toilet was to low to the ground, beds were to high off the ground, the couch in the room was also.a little low. Room was a little farther from.the elevator than I liked

The closet door in our room was off the track. My husband put it on but it came off again.

Breakfast was great! We noticed they put fresh food out for the guests arriving just before the 9:00 hour when breakfast ends. Kudos for that!

Clarity about which hotel we were booked with. Comfort Suites or Comfort Inn & Suites was rather vague at 5.00 am when unexpectedly needing a hotel near the airport.

Breakfast was sufficient, hot and plentiful. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

It was a little difficult getting back into the parking lot, and parking is fairly small, many times there was only one parking spot open so we would get lucky going back in. The bed was also very uncomfortable.

I enjoyed most of the staff there. the first day we got there the receptionist was a bit snippy. the rest of the days were great in terms of staff. Very quiet which was great, construction vehicles outside however no work was being done while we were there. The breakfast was okay but still enjoyable!
