Front desk guy was a jerk. Breakfast sucked.

They were out of eggs twice, the front desk attendant said he would put out more eggs but he never did. He did not care that we did not get breakfast. He was rude and I think his name was Stan. We went to the Fairfield Inn where our friends had stayed & ate breakfast there. Fairfield Inn had a nice complimentary breakfast and friendly people working there.

To start with the front desk ripped me off 20. Couldnt get but 2 towels at a time due to being washed and we are a family of 5. Staff live at hotel. Breakfast was horrible and cold.

Shampoo was not provided (they ran out of that toiletry) , the shower curtain was moldy and there was mold/residue on the air conditioner vents. Also there is no elevator to the second floor and the tv remote was hard to use (had to press the buttons many times to change the channel).

The motel is reasonably priced and in a good location if you are attending a wedding at Cranford Hollow or in downtown Columbia.

Kitchen acres was dirty. Garbage can has sparkle all over it from painter. It was there all week. If you didn’t get to breakfast area by 8am there was no food and the Reply I got was that’s all for today. I said it’s 7-9am. Room is not what pictures are on the website very deceiving. Floor was filthy when we arrived in our room. My husband and I had black feet from floor and had to shower before we went to bed. It was late when we arrived so we dellalt we it. Housekeeper mopped floor when I asked her to the next day. Couldn’t use microwave because the cord was too short.

The rooms were not particularly clean. (Chewed Sunflower on floor. A water bottle left in the room as well. The paint and caulking in the restroom was very poor. We did not shower.

Breakfast was fine. Staff was very friendly.

Difficult to get clean towels or trash taken out during the stay, was there 6 days and had to ask nearly daily. When they did take out the trash would turn off the A/C and come back to hot room

They were very rude to us about the kids, the rate that I booked through Booking.com DOUBLED. It was far away from where I was going. The breakfast was expired and disgusting. The roof had holes and was leaking. They have a no pet policy, but the owner had a dog that barked the entire time. My kids crying because they were tired got us in trouble. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly, nothing was good about this place. I have never had worst service or accommodations. Do NOT go there with kids especially.

Coffee machine was out the entire 1st day. Also, only 1 small glass of creamer w small opening. Had to shack it 50× to get enough out. C'mon put some creamer out, please! Not enough towels or rags in room. Elevator was broken! Yikes! Used stairs for 4 days. No privacy card to hang on door.

Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. AC and tv worked fine. Staff was very friendly and responded rapidly and courteously to our request.

The parking lot was under construction. The hotel was replacing all there old mattresses. Old mattresses were stacked in the hallway and in back parking lot. No elevator. Hallway carpets were stained. Bed covering had bleach stain and paint stain. Sheet had unknown fresh stain (unwashed). Jacuzzi tub's silicone was coming apart. The tub spigot was coming apart. Lamp in the corner switch was broken.

The bed was new and very comfortable, and so were the pillows

Staff was friendly but needed to appear much sharper as in dressing more like you are running a business. Pool was out of order and after telling our kids all day driving to get there they could go swimming that was a big let down. Breakfast was lacking, Orange juice and other juice dispenser only dispensed water so the only one that worked was apple juice.

Paid cleaning person tip to give towels. Also had to go daily to get clean towels Myself. Lousy service understand covic issues but Lousy service when prices not lowered.

Manager was nice. Breakfast was alright but not great.
