There were cockroaches present, which made the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. Furthermore, despite the description stating there was a kettle in the room, it was missing. The furniture was old and everything seemed dirty. The shower barely worked, and overall cleanliness was lacking both in the room and on the hotel grounds. In addition, I had to purchase sanitizer and antibacterial wipes to at least attempt to sanitize the space. While there was a television in the room, using it required an additional fee, which was unexpected and disappointing.

Having a stove in the room was a fantastic feature, allowing me to cook my meals. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a definite plus.

The lady in the front desk didn’t try helping out at all kept giving out that rude vibe. We kept extending our stay there for work reasons and asked her for a one time housekeeping service since we were there more than 8 days. She made it seem like we couldn’t get any room service that if they did they would try to get to it because supposedly they had too many rooms to do and still didn’t clean the rooms at all. Which is crazy isn’t housekeeping being paid to clean rooms anyways. So very disappointing SMH.

There were roaches. Not just the big ones but the little ones which mean they’re a lot of them somewhere. For this location having a full kitchen and barely have anything you can use to cook. I had to buy kitchen supplies

I noted when I reserved the room that our flight arrived at 1155 PM. It was delayed almost 2 hours. No big deal. The listing said 24 hour front desk. Greeted with "sorry, too late...". After a brief conversation the desk understood that we were not going away. So WTF is a 24 hour front desk if I can't check in late when a flight is delayed?

The bed was not very comfortable- a bit too firm for both my boyfriend and I. The shower was difficult to get hot water from- you had to turn the handle 360 degrees twice before you got to the hot water and there were no instructions on how to use it so it took us a while to figure out. There was a nightstand missing and broken lamp on one side of the bed. There were a number of dents in the walls and water damage in the bathroom. The burners on the stove took about an hour to heat up and an hour to cool off- so be careful! Additionally, they were very limited in how many pots/pans/dishes they had in stock so if you plan on cooking I recommend bringing your own. The complimentary breakfast was also very limited- just coffee and instant oatmeal/grits.

We liked the spacious room and the price point. The staff were also very friendly.

Lots of cigarettes butts everywhere. Loud neighbour's listening to music outside and hanging out in the stairwells. Very uncomfortable environment to be in.

Rusty fridge My white socks ended up being dark grey from the carpet. The bathroom floor should be tiled and not a laminate , I say this because it was curling up almost coming off the floor itself Woke up early due to our flight and once I turned on bathroom light had to squash two roaches ( medium sized) running over the bathroom sink. For the location you need to fix it up a bit.
