When pulling up to hotel, it was unclear if we were at the right place. Sign at entrance said Rodeway Inn but the name on canopy to entrance was different.

It was on a good location - Nearby to stores and wedding venue. The area was pretty.

The hotel description did not mention that there was no elevator to the 2nd floor and the stairs were difficult for arthritic knees. Upon examining the sheets with a UV-C light, there were many stains on the sheets. The very helpful, friendly male desk attendant immediately brought us clean sheets which had no stains.

The full breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean. The location was close to Letchworth State Park which was impressive to visit.

The air conditioner in our room was quite loud, but other than that it was fine. Nothing fancy, but got the job done.

We stayed here, wanting to go to Letchworth State Park the next morning. I didn't have high expectations for this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely simple, and nothing fancy but was clean and comfortable! Considering the rates of any surrounding hotels, I would stay here again.

I liked that it was clean, well stocked with towels and bathroom paper. I also liked that the Resturant in the hotel had really good food.

While the room was very clean, it was a bit "shopworn." There was also no clock in the room. The other issue was maybe a booking.com issue and not the hotel's fault. We made mention of traveling with a dog, but the hotel was unaware, and we were not aware of the $20 surcharge for pets.

The room was stuffy. You couldn't get fresh air because the window did not have a screen and bugs did fly in.

The breakfasts were good and very inexpensive. The location was good and easy to get to.

The beds were very cheap and you could feel the springs in the mattress. In the bathroom, the shower curtain and towel holder were not properly mounted and pull right out of the wall. They updated the bathroom so nice, just to fail with simple hardware mounting. They should fire their handyman... he has no idea how to correctly install or fix such simple things. Room had a slight musty humid smell upon arrival, but that is because the AC was not on when the room was not occupied. Note that the rear facing rooms are next to the main road, so there will be noise! Front facing rooms get a decent view west towards the lake (and parking lot).

The price met the expectations. The AC was very good (summer stay), the bathroom was mostly updated with tile/marble, the room had good Wifi/TV/microwave/refrigerator, and service was friendly. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was good. Prices were fair and you get a $3 credit per person for staying int he hotel.

We were not able to arrive on Friday and didn't call ahead of time. Staff said our reservation was cancelled. They were able to find us a room so we could enjoy Saturday in the area. The staff was very pleasant.

Charge 1 fee for the pet.

It was friendly, comfortable and with the restaurant right there, it was homey. I was disappointed with the fee for the dog. I can see charging a fee, but everyday is a bit much. Especially at $20.00 a day is excessive. I would love to go back but, I won't because of the pet fee.

1st day room was cleaned very well ... everything was restocked as needed But 2nd and 3rd day we had to go to front desk to get towels, tp, and clean garbage bags because our room was not touched 4th day garbage was emptied but beds were just adjusted not made and floor was not vacuumed ... the last days things were back to like the 1st day
