The staff is horrible. When I arrived no one was at the front desk and I rand the service bell for at least 20min before some one came out front. And when they showed up they were not friendly to me all. Not the the best experience for me.

The room was poor quality and the person above us loved to stomp as they walked. It wasn't the staff’s that fault corporate chooses how much they want to invest.

The front desk gentleman was awesome. The location was God for our needs.

A bit quiet end of Ann Arbor town, and the Briarwood Mall nearby is as boring as it gets. Seems many elderly and/or unwell people staying at this motel, due to hospital close by. Room is a bit expensive for what you get

They got my room confused and charged me twice for 2 rooms.

The complimentary breakfast was okay and the coffee was exceptional. It was very hot and ready everyday at6a.

Comfortable bed.

I had a quick trip to Ann Arbor. I did not eat breakfast as I had to leave early in the morning. It was an ok hotel. I just needed a place to lay my head. I would recommend it for a quick stay but not necessarily for those vacationing.

It would be much appreciated if they offer complimentary coffee round the clock instead just in the morning. Pretty everyone else is doing this nowadays.

The breakfast could have been a lot better.

The breakfast was a joke! Granola bars, muffins and coffee are hardly breafast... The hotel was a bxxxxx to find. The roads are poorly lit and the sineage is execrable. I liked the iron and the ironing board.

I reserved a double (2) bed room. They claimed they didn't even have such rooms. Their website or booking.com's website needs updating. I would have booked something else that had two beds in the room.

There are two hotels with the same name close to each other. When we called to confirm both names were on the reservation the initial person we spoke to at corporate was not helpful. Called back to talk to the front desk, who informed us of this issue. On site people are great, info should be passed on to corporate.

Updated room, nice staff - they were incredible helpful with check-in. People were arriving at two different times due to snowy/icy roads.

Outdated facilities. Not clean. Lobby area small and not enough room for social distancing. Front desk we had to ring a bell for 100% of our service.

No vending in building. Room carpet old and torn. Just not what you expect for 317 plus tax etc. Definitely 2 stars and that's being generous. If this room would have been like 85.00 I would have gave it 3 stars.

Location to the U of M stadium was great. After game easy accessibility to freeway and out of town. Bed was comfortable.

The instructions on accessing the WiFi system could have been better. The room was clean but it did have an odd smell. The beds were perhaps a little too firm and the pillows were a little thin.

Staff greeting us were friendly and helpful. They had the information about our reservation available. They attended to us promptly and explained the facility well. The staff at the front desk in the morning were equally friendly and helpful. They kept the breakfast nook filled.
