This is just me but the Saran wrapped plates and things for the daily breakfast seemed like such a waste. I understand the reasons for these things but personally I am over it.

Proximity to freeway brings noise

The front desk gentleman was very polite. The space was clean. Access to the first floor was great. The room was clean and tidy. Not much noise at night, although you are right next to the freeway, so you hear some car noise. Overall great place. There is a 7 eleven, a gas station and Burger King at walking distance.

They have a pick up and go breakfast, and minimal hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon with refried beans and tortillas. Beverages include juices, coffee and tea. The staff is very helpful and there is laundry facilities onsite. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Not seen from the street. The hotel is in a mall type lot behind a Burger King. There should be signs out pointing where it is located as you get closer to it.

We were slipped a note under our door asking us to check out early. They did offer five dollars towards our next stay. Personally I did not think it was worth the inconvenience of leaving two hours early. I also didn’t care for the way the phrase the letter as if they were telling people they had to do this. I, of course, know better. But I feel bad for those I saw waiting outside who obviously didn’t know better. I thought that was not right.

I did like seeing clear evidence of their cleanliness. For example they have tissue near elevator to push buttons with abs a uv machine disinfecting pens at checkout counter. Overall, it wasn’t bad. Good enough for the price.

Mattress or mattress pad could be softer.

We really enjoy the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is always great with the longer open hours as our stays are usually for relaxing and de-stress from work weeks or Holidays so we enjoy time to sleep in.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was the indoor pool. When we arrived there was a sign posted that the pool was closed for repairs. The staff told us they had no idea when it would be fixed. We were there for 3 days & it was never repaired. We should have been told this ahead of time so we could go elsewhere. Also on our last day we were awakened by construction work! (not the pool BTW)

This location was clean but I can’t really say anything else positive.

The staff, the misrepresented information that was completed wrong. I was misled into purchasing the room based on the incorrect amount and information regarding the room they had provided to bookimg.com Check-in took me forever, and they were extremely unhelpful. The room was there was the smell of feces, and God knows what else coming from the bathroom( wasn't able yo use the bathroom while I was there )

Breakfast was disappointing. Room was loud, food was picked over. Not a lot of selection, amount of food was low, seemed like things were not refilled to keep costs down. We stopped eating there. Walls in rooms were thin, we could hear couple fighting next door, kids crying. Spa closed due to "incident".

That staff was rude. Didn’t care that when we checked in I told them about the sheet and blanket they just said oh ok. Then they went right back to talking to each other. I will be putting in more formal complaints and asking for a part refund.

The pool was nice we went in first thing in the morning but it was awfully chilly. My son had no issues with it so it could have just been me.

They were extremely friendly upon check-in. We got a welcome baggie for the first time ever, which was nice. If the room was warmer it kinda had a musty smell but went away when we cooled off the room.
