There was only one luggage cart and that made it difficult to unload.

Studio had a lot of space and the desk was very big. The bed was very comfortable and shades were very thick to keep light out of the room. There was a bathtub so it was awesome.

I could hear my neighbors next door, and people walking upstairs. Thankfully, both stopped at around 10pm each night.

Very clean and orderly. Kitchen amenities available fit all my cooking needs. I was impressed, for a 2-star hotel.

Sounds proof seems not quite good between rooms or floors, and thus, it could be very noisy during the late night.

The location is great, it's close to the Costco and highway.

Certain (male) staff were unwilling to help when needed (day shift). I needed fresh towels and he asked me to come back in a couple of hours because he was by himself, the towels were 10 feet away. This also happened when I requested kitchen supplies (utensils, pan, etc) upon our arrival- again he (same person) was unable to do it at the time and that he would call when ready to pick up my items- never called. I came back later and a different staff provided the items immediately.

Noisy doors closing, upstairs guests moving around. One would have to request amenities (like a coffee pot in room). The grab-n-go breakfast was all-but empty when we checked it wasn't kept stocked

Breakfast was grab and go, expecting a dinning area with full breakfast, that would be nice. Also was short staff at front desk, wait a good 10-15 min for some to come to check in desk. check out long time no one at desk.

I never stayed at a hotel that didn't have ice available. I really missed that.The bed seemed clean but was a little hard.

the breakfast was ok. with oatmeal coffee, and a pastry. would have liked juice, they didn't have. They gave us a room on first floor without me asking, which is nice as we are handicapped. the room was set up i the bathroom as well. If I stay longer another time, I know I would use the kitchen to cook in.I liked the size of the refrigerator that it's large.

Bigger pool. One of our neighbors were partying in the middle of the night, certainly kept us awake.

location very good for my purpose. Room is not fancy but laid out well and does everything expected room heater worked exceptionally well, responsive. this chain designs to cut labor costs. big place but seems to operate just with one desk staff member. no fancy breakfast but many choices walking distance. coffee, tea, oat and honey bars, muffins. No fruit. nice little kitchen

Refrigerator made way too much noise also heater a/c wall window unit also made way too much noise,they both were taking turns on which one would make more noise also you can hear the people in the upstairs room walk back and forth all night.

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The wretched shower had almost no pressure...I was able to get cleaned but this was a distinct negative.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the tv offered a good visual, and having a full-size fridge helped too. Location had a Costco right across the street, great for most groceries and even a mass transit bus line virtually at the front door. Great front desk people who had to battle a balky computer to get me situated.
