The pillows were rather flat and tired. The kitchenette was not supplied with any utensils as these had to be picked up separately from the reception staff. Same with hairdryer, except they clearly did not have enough hairdryers to allocate one to each room.

Location close to conference facilities at the Marriott. Offered small kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The staff did their best and were quite helpful and communicative.

Staff was unpleasant; no greeting, no smiles; just didn’t feel welcoming. The rooms need a whole lot of upgrading; appliances were rusty, old. Did not feel inviting. Breakfast could use better coffee and more variety of food

For the second week in a row, a chokingly horrible odor (likely urine from a geriatric long term guest - I'm empathetic to their needs but the staff MUST attend to this horrible smell!) was present in the third floor hallway. I had to sleep with the window open and bathroom fan on. Heater was on accordingly, but otherwise I could not stand the smell. My clothing wreaked the week before, so this past week I did not unpack my bag, with the exception of my toiletry bag - which I later cleaned with a antiseptic wipe before repacking.I had to isolate my sleepwear in a plastic bag.

Poor quality coffee. Items out of stock. Generally disappointing due to low low low (yes that's 3) quality and unfriendly front desk personnel.

There could be more care to cleaning. I spilt some water on the kitchen floor and used the white hand towel to mop it up and the towel was filthy afterwards. I felt that the entire room was clean except for the floors. Carpet stains are expected but not grungy socks from walking on the carpet.

the living room and kitchen area was more than I expected. I was very pleased with the average home sized refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom area was spacious, both dressing/sink area and toilet/tub area. I liked that you could sit at the counter-top bar and eat. front desk staff was polite even when busy. There are no public restroom in lobby and my 7 yr old had to go upon arrival. The desk clerk took my name, programmed a room key and said, "take her potty, then come back to complete check-in".

Room was dirty and smelled. Had to get a air fresh spray from the front desk. Shoes stuck to floor as we walked. Rust in shower and on fridge. Stove overhead fan was filthy.

I only had one coffee table and not on the side I like to sleep on. The bed although roomy it was so hard I couldn’t sleep, my entire body hurt and I ended up leaving before 5 am because I was in sick discomfort.
