Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe place is filthy and the room smells like mold. It's not worth paying $150.00 for one day. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! I am disappointed. Carpet has several stains and the hall smells like a wet dog. I AM NOT GOING BACK EVER. GO somewhere else if you want to sleep comfortably.

United StatesThere was a water leak in my room and the clerk told me he wasn’t the maintenance man. I insisted he look as water was leaking from the ceiling and he said he’d inform maintenance. They didn’t offer me a new room, I had to request one. The one they moved me to was much smaller than what I had. I requested a refund for the difference in rates and the clerk said the manager would call me but she never called. I checked out the next day, two days early. The clerk told me she couldn’t issue a refund unless I called Booking.com which I did immediately. I did receive a refund for the two nights , but did not receive a refund for the difference in room rates.

United StatesBreakfast socks big time the muffins thay give you are hard and not tasty there horrible the coffee is cold and when you tell them thay got an attude about it thay answer you with a smirk like the room has roaches we found two in the bathroom and on the bed the attendance are rude thay anser you because thay have to man these hotel charges you an arm and a leg but it's not worth it it needs improvement badly if I knew it was going to be like this ide never stay here again

United StatesThe room & building was not clean at all. There's gross stuff all over the walls, floors, elevator and room. I couldn't even turn on the television due to how gross the remote was. It was corroded, like built up filth all over between the buttons and on them. That kind of filth doesn't happen from not being cleaned once or twice, it was not cleaned for a very long time to acquire such a disgusting build up. And the floors, well, the carpet anyway, must not have been cleaned in years. It was sticky and gross and had filth all over. I'm immunocompromised and I was actually scared to touch anything. If my husband hadn't needed to sleep/rest so badly I wouldn't have stayed. In fact, I spent most the time in the car! We both had gotten food poisoning and just needed to get off the road for a bit. Otherwise I would've walked right out the second I went inside. The noise and smells did not help the nausea we were experiencing.
The staff was friendly and nice enough.

United StatesRoom I reserved was too hot to stay in (during the heat wave -labor day weekend). They shouldn't have rented it out knowing AC was out. I called staff to inform them, they advised that I wait 20 minutes for AC to come on :(. New ACs begin working in 2 min. I suffered in the heat until I couldn't take it any more. I checked out 1 hour after checking in because hotel could not accommodate me in another room due to being filled to capacity. Horrible experience. I was forced to drive miles back home in the middle of the night. Booking.com staff are scammers as well. They took my money and it took 1 month for me to get refunded through my credit card. The representatives were rude, hanging up in my face. They are liars and shouldn't be employed. They continued to give me the run-around, making me contact extended stay for the refund, when booking.com was the third party on my credit card statement. Guys beware! They tried to offer me 25 pounds = $28 US dollars when I needed my full refund. Not to mention, when calling customer service, they transfer your calls to international lines that charge you $3.50/hour. My 14 min call to file a complaint to them costed me an additional $57 on my phone bill! Please beware! Just spend the extra money to book directly with your desired hotel. Eliminate third parties! They are scammers!!!

United StatesRoom had a stale smell. Air freshener might help. Also had to use pens with clips to keep the curtains closed in the middle. I was on the first floor facing parking lot and curtains wouldnt remain overlapped. I got in late and too tired to ask for a change in room.
Location and price. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Walls provided soundproofing from baby crying down the hall. Staff courteous and professional.
