The deadbolt wouldn't lock and the key card reader was dead. Had to have staff use manual key to let me in the room or get a refund. Tok late to find a new location since I was heading to Notre Dame next morning.

If you just need to stop and sleep while traveling, this is a low cost option. You get what you pay for.

shower wasn't hot - very lukewarm. spray adjustment was broken - water came out in only 5 stabbing sprays. Towels were thin and rough. "breakfast" options were a few pieces of white bread and a toaster. Also a tray of miniature muffins of Little Debbie quality or worse. I don't drink coffee, but there was a sign on the machine saying it was broken.

The booking site and the marquee in front of the Econo Lodge both said there was to be a Jacuzzi in the room. However, our room (116) has no Jacuzzi.

The room was definitely dated, but clean and comfortable.

They didn't have the room we booked. The property called prior to arrival to let us know for some reason the room i reserved wasn't reserved in their computer system. They said they had one room left that was a king size bed with a jacuzzi but no TV. The guy stated it was an upgrade but we would received it for the same price as the other room. The jacuzzi was very old, the carpet was dirty and there was a TV but the screen was all cracked. The blanket on the bed had burn marks on it and looked dirty. The door locks also did not work.

Tho hotel was easy to find off the free way and in a good area. The bed was also comfortable.

You need to do a lot of maintenance. That place is falling apart. I need a job and that is what I do. walkway floors need replaced. A/C units need updated...the list goes on. think about it. I'm ready when you are!

we did not eat there. our first room was dirty and smelled like smoke but the staff easily switched our room to a cleaner room, which was a HUGE difference!

Absolute nightmare and very scetchy this place needs shut down all kinds of drug dealers and pompe roaming around drug addicts posted up outside pan handling and it is very scary and unsafe door never locked and staff is extremely unprofessional and rude and they charged me 2times and then acted like they couldn't speak English would never recommend this place ever not even to someone in dire need they would be better off on the street oh and did I mention a strange man was on my room upon arrival

After I checked in and went to the room, there was very little toilet paper and not a spare roll. The tissue dispenser was empty. The Light bulb was missing from the lamp! There was not enough lighting in the room. I went to the desk to get a roll of toilet paper and a box of tissues. My husband had to return to the desk to ask for a lightbulb!! The second day I was very surprised the beds were not made, nor the garbage taken out. I had to go to the front desk again and request clean towels!! The woman was reluctant to give me two clean towels and wanted the used towels. I let her know that our intent was not to steal towels and all the towels would remain in the room after we checked out. I did not want to keep walking back and forth at night from our room to the front office.

staff was dismissive, it was advertised with a continental breakfast but nothing was put out. When I asked I was told it was to expensive to feed people.
