Breakfast wasn’t great just a small bar of quick grab and go things. The room smelled very strongly of cigarettes. I have asthma so I was coughing throughout the stay. The cleanliness wasn’t great.

Location was nice and within a lot of fun activities. The staff was very kind and helpful.

I didn’t like the fact they didn’t have enough dishes to supply the rooms in need I had to wait 24 hours for a dish pack but overall it was ok and the rooms could be a little bit cleaner but overall my stay was ok

The guy Domo was very very helpful and accommodating if I could give him 5 stars I definitely would he made my stay very easy

My payment kept declining. So I eventually just trapped my phone for payment. But it showed up as multiple payments on my credit card. But it cleared the next morning. It was a little stressful seeing an additional 5 payments on my credit card app.

It was clean. Got a call from receptionist asking if everything was good.

Room needed several things. Coffee cups, a small coffee maker, and either instant or coffee grounds so that you could make coffee. The coffee cups we brought were too big for the microwave. A couple of bottles of water would have been nice also.

Room was clean and neat. A little dated with decor. Liked having the fridge and microwave.

100$ deposit and photo IDs were unnecessary and off-putting. The deposit should have been returned immediately after looking at the room and not two days later.

No breakfast but coffee, hot water and oatmeal.

Did not need to see that the local police had been called to the hotel on my second day there, guests are hanging out in groups in the parking lot in the evenings, had to figure out how to enter the parking lot to get to the front door,

The bed was very comfortable, lots of good lighting in the room, very spacious room, the kitchen appliances all worked well, the TV was a good size, and viewable from the entire suite

I understand many people live in these rooms so they bring their own belongings but it would have been convenient to have extras in the rooms like paper towels or a hair dryer. Also access to an ice machine or basic dishes in the kitchen. Television was also difficult to use and slow.

There was PLENTY of room for the two of us and our two dogs, including their crates. There was a full sized fridge to use to leftovers and drinks.

Difficulty parking, had to wait in lobby for an hour after check in time so they could clean our room, room was still dirty (sticky floors, sticky dresser, trash still left around), plug-ins didn’t work half of the time, there was no remote in our room, claimed I made damage that I didn’t do and refused to give deposit back

Everything. No dishes in the room and other extended stay places have them in the room no need to haul a bunch of dishes and pots and pans to your room.

Didn't really care for much if anything. Breakfast? Lame. You have to ask for pans and plates, they are not provided in the room which I've stayed at other extended stats and the dishes are in the room.

Covid messed up continental breakfast.

The manager Deanna was very helpful! She switched my room with no problems. A/C was making noise.

The staff was not friendly at the desk, my girlfriend called the desk a few times to ask a question and she felt the staff wasn't friendly like other hotels we gave stayed or other American Extended Stays plus we did not like the fact that $100 deposit was taken from both of us as we had split the total, I paid for one night and her the other. I have been to other American Extended Stays as I mentioned and never paid a 100 deposit.

The TV in both rooms didn't work properly. I asked for an extended check out and was told no. Found traces if drugs in the first room I was in (in the night stand drawer).

The maintenance man was great.
