You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location was close to person we visited. An issue that we had with the bathroom door was addressed immediately by the staff and we were given another room immediately.

United StatesThe lighting in the bathroom could be a little brighter, it was fine, but could have used more light while getting ready for the day.
This hotel was very very clean. You could tell they go the extra Mike and pay attention to detail when cleaning and setting the room up for next guests. The staff's customer service was over the top. I can't say enough about the beds, slept so good!

The air freshener was overwhelming and o see why because they were trying to cover up the mold smell. Cooling unit sounded like a truck. This facility needs a total renovation.

United StatesThere was mold on the underside of the pullout sofa (302). That is unsatisfactory. We were assigned another room but the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom (318). Bed linens for the pullout bed were not in the room and while I understand that post-covid, hotels are short staffed, running downstairs (the phone didn’t work) to get bed linens was inconvenient. A solution could be that upon check-in for guests who have more than two persons in a room, the clerk could ask if they will need bed linens.
The location was convenient and the staff was polite. My mother left her hearing aids in the room and unknowingly we left rain jackets. The staff called to tell us that they found the hearing aids and the jackets as well!
