Wonderful hot shower and large tub. Comfortable beds

Be able to contact the hotel to see about extending our stay for another night. And our sink was clogged in #109. They were to come to check it out and never did. Not much of a breakfast offered.

The outside of the property, lobby etc was outdated and felt not safe.

The inside was decent and somewhat comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave which was convenient.

Breakfast was poor because everything was empty. We had to keep on asking for everything scrambled eggs, sausage, orange juice, milk, apple juice,cereal was empty. Their waffle makers weren’t working. When they did bring some food it wasn’t very much so it ran out immediately. We even had to ask for more forks. Very busy cedar point weekend they should have been more prepared.

There was no hot water in the morning for showers. Breakfast was sparse. When I went back for coffee refill it was empty.

It was close to Cedarpoint and was quiet. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Eggs were good at breakfast.

The breakfast was horrible if that is what you call it. We went down to breakfast one waffle maker was down the other had a waffle stuck to one side. They only had cheerios, oranges, 2 loafs of bread, a couple yogurts and drinks. When we showered the tub drained very slow so we had to stand in water to get clean. It would drain all the way about 20 or so minutes after you got out. It is one of the first Wyndham hotels that we have ever had an issue with!

Beds were comfortable! The location was close to where we were going! Rooms were pretty clean! That's all I can say!

Room had old French fries on floor next to nightstand and desk lamp was old and rusty. Door to room needs to be replaced as there was an opening on the bottom of the door.

Bed was comfortable but room hadn't been used in awhile and lots of cobwebs near the beds and also didn't like that you couldn't park your car outside your room it was a parking lot hidden by bushes and trees. No coffee available until 6:30am and we left at 5am.

Last night we didn't have any hot water, when I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn't work.

The shower had mold in it, the shower did not have hot water (at first - maintenance came later), breakfast did not have many healthy options.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful, and when our hotel room had cold water she was very responsive and helped get it fixed for us. The young man who checked us out the next morning was also very friendly, lively, & positive. So appreciated the customer service.

Outside is derelict. Very rundown, looks neglected. There were people outside that did not look safe. The desk clerk did paperwork fine but was neither friendly friendly or outgoing.
