Room was very large and comfortable. Would stay here again! Worked perfect for one night after a long day at cedar point!

We had a softball tourney at sports force literally a mile away. Great location. A touch pricey for what you received. No hot breakfast, staff was very new it seemed and not on the same page. Very nice patio behind the facility to hang out and socialize. Thirsty pony was within walking distance. Overall 7 out of 10. I’d stay again.

The pictures on the website seemed much larger and more bright and airy. In truth, Everything was very dated and seemed quite moist and dark.

When blower on it smelled like urine. It was cool so we had the heat on low. Carpeting looked old; bathroom had mold-looking stuff on the wall by the ceiling, around the safety bar in tub, and by the tub floor. It did look like it was recently painted in some areas of the bathroom.

Nice furnishings, big microwave, large fridge that worked well. Mattresses thick and comfortable. Room quiet even though we were on the ground floor near the office. Furnishings in office area very stylish. Great location to Cedar Point. Great ice machine. All bedding was clean and smelled good. It's a no smoking motel, no elevator.

The location isn’t the best, which can sometimes make or break a property. But it wasn’t too terrible. The outside hallways also had a sewer kind of stench, but inside the rooms were completely fine so we didn’t mind.

The room was clean and a good temperature. Front desk was also very friendly, and was nice enough too room our group close together. We also all agreed that the pricing was low considering the location

Breakfast if you could call it that was horrible. There were like microwaveable sandwiches you might find in a hospital vending machine. The selection was slim to none. I called because my TV remote was not functioning. The girl came up to fix it, said she couldnt and was going to get someone else, all while talking on speakerphone to someone. 30 minutes later no one else came. I called again, the girl said she forgot to let me know and the maintenance man would be there to look at it. She didn’t have a time frame for his arrival. 2 hours later no one shows, I call back and she says the maintenance man said you gotta use the buttons on the tv. I booked 3 rooms total and a tv in one of the other rooms didn’t work at all. The place is more of a shady rinky dink motel than a hotel.

It was nice that the place is literally 5 minutes from Cedar Pointe. The rooms were clean.

The room was very muggy and the ac barely worked, on top of that the tv was missing its power cord and when I said something they said they couldn’t do anything till tomorrow when I was checking out.

Place was disgustingly dirty. Room had not been cleaned. Door to our room was bent in. Bugs/insects everywhere. Carpet never swept. Spider webs in all the corners. Room smelled like a basement from the 1800's. Super musty and black mold in the room. Pictures the company uses to advertise there rooms is false advertising. Place is trash and needs condemned.

The hold we put on the room while we were there should have been refunded within 10 business days. It has been a month and we still have not gotten our money back. The number provided for the motel is not in service.

Booked online day prior. Made it to the location to find the parking lot completely empty and the doors locked. And the phone just continuously rang. I'm still waiting to hear back so I don't get charged a cancellation fee. If you are looking to stay in Sandusky avoid this location

Dead and living bugs everywhere, spiders were everywhere. Asked for new room and it was cleaner, but still had torn carpets and stains on walls. The breakfast area cluttered and dirty, property was filthy. Absolutely filthy and run down property.
