Very few things that I didn't like, one was the bathroom was kinda small for how big the room was, my room didn't have very good shower water pressure but my son and his girlfriends room did, I think the room had a musty smell but wasn't terribly bad I guess because of the indoor pools being in the atrium, walking outside from my room to the pool kinda wasn't nice because it was cold one day, an ice machine on the atrium room side would be great as well, we had to walk over through the atrium up the elevator to the 2nd floor just to get ice but other than those few things our stay was great the staff was super friendly and helpful I give my stay an 8 1/2 stars out of 10

I rented 2 atrium side rooms for the Kite Festival weekend one for my son and his girlfriend and one for me and my girlfriend, very nice large rooms nice kitchenette with everything needed to make any meals, fidge was big enough to hold all our things, the bathroom was kinda on the small side but still nice and housekeeping gave us fresh towels every day, the balcony overlooking the atrium was great and the birds were a highlight of the hotel, the one caretaker let my girl and I both hold one of the big birds so awesome, hotel is steps to the beach

Probably ONLY the bed situation!!! And the bumps I woke with. Maybe from stuff they put on hot tubs.. Got in first in morning and woke up with bumps all over my chest,!!!

Pool could be open an hour earlier at 9am, rooms could use some updating-USB ports for charging, room with kitchen could supply baking sheets for oven but over all everything else was great.

I loved the animals, and the knowledgeable staff that took time to educate me and my kids about the lives of these animals. The parrots woke me up one morning, but I truly didn’t mind it at all. Having the pool and cafe in the middle was so beautiful. We will absolutely be staying here again

Our AC stopped working and started blowing HEAT the first night. Thankfully we were able to open the window after waking up sweating in the middle of the night so it wasn’t worth asking for a new room.

I loved the birds and the indoor pool and hot tub. The room was nice as well.

The kitchen was really small. The refrigerator doors didn't always suck correctly because of hitting the wall. And only one person at a time could go through.

Like I said the sofabed, also the kitchen could improve a little more, I like to cook my own food but there was no knife for cutting, no oven pan, dishwashing soap is provided but there is no scrub available only dishwasher but everything else was ok.

Almost everything was great, staff was very helpful, room was great, beds were comfortable except the sofa bed mattress not great and old.

Outdated elevator and some parts of room but very clean. Very loud around pool area 10am til 10pm as it was spring break so lots of kids were there. They were also running back and forth down the halls after 10pm.

Lots of parking, Great location near a bunch of places. Great beach/ocean view steps from hotel. Friendly staff, clean hotel with nice atrium decor on 1st floor. Cafe lounge to get food and drinks. 24hr Coffee/hot water machine area, with seating like living room was a nice bonus and from there you can walk right out to the beach.

The pool was freezing. We were unable to change the temperature in the room. It was hot and ended up having to open the door with the screen to cool it off.
