The arcade. Probably just personal opinion but a lot of the games took the money but didn't work properly.

Clean rooms. Had to get 2 rooms due to family size and they were CONNECTED! like 1 big room it was perfect! Great breakfast selection and the pool was phenomenal, hours of fun and play

The breakfast could have been a little better. The eggs and sausage were cold. Biscuits and gravy would be a nice option.

Breakfast area needs to be bigger or open longer. Food choices were great. Dated hotel, could be cleaner.

Walked into room that had pizza crust laying on carpet between beds. A lotion or cleansing fluid had been spilt on one of the beds and needed to have the bed redone after we were in place. We made our concerns known. House cleaning was very responsive but the hotel manager was curt and non responsive to issues. Sent us a letter implying that the issues were created by us after entering room.

The clerk checking in was stressed and not pleasant to deal with. However the change of shift clerk was very nice and helpful when the battery went dead to the lock of her door and changed us to a room that was more convenient and on the first floor

Our room was the right size for us. At checkin the desk person said she put us in a room away from the splash area which we appreciated. The arrangements for refreshing the towels and complete room care was very helpful. Of course the Splash Harbor was a big draw and lived up to its name. Breakfast was fine.

The attitude of the front desk is horrible. I've been there many times with my grandbabies, they love it. But I always dred going to check in because they do not have good customer service. And I think there trained that way because it's not always the same person. They talk to you won't look at you. They make me feel like I'm a bother.

The rooms and facilities are clean and you can tell some things have been updated but there are still things that are pretty beat-up in areas. I think it would also be great for them to employ lifeguards.

The air conditioner was really noisy, and the breakfast was not great. But, those things won’t keep us from coming back.

The hotel is the perfect size for the waterpark. It never felt overly crowded in the pools or waiting for the slide. My kids, ages 3 and 8, absolutely loved it! It was the perfect size for them. And perfect for mom and dad. We also loved how you could see the waterpark from the hotel room! Such a cool feature. Also, you’d think with a lot of kids in the hotel, that it would be loud, but we had no problems at all. The staff was friendly and all the other people were pleasant. Oh, and there was a cute little arcade and some good vending machine options.
