Breakfast is very limited just cereal bars and frozen sandwiches. Expected a bit more. Pillows are almost non existent, so definitely bring your own.

Really bummed about the swimming and hot tub hours. We were arriving late, after 10PM and check out was at 11AM. I felt I paid the extra money to stay there for my grandson and for the 2 adults to use the hot tub that we never got to use. Plus getting in late, being up late and having no option for breakfast since it closed at 9 on a weekday was disappointing. I'll also mention, I let staff know we would be a very late arrival. However, while I was in the airport picking up my friend, I had other staff calling me to ask if I still wanted our room! Shouldn't they have noted that in my reservation?

We did not get to have the breakfast as it was a weekday and we came in late. Breakfast was over by 9AM. So that was a waste of money for us to stay somewhere with breakfast. My friends flight got in about 9 in Columbus.

Honestly the breakfast was not what I expected. I thought when they said breakfast is included it woukd at least be a hot breakfast. Not stuff you had to heat up yourself.

i liked the pool area my daughter had a great time for her birthday swimming with her friends. The rooms were great. We really enjoyed it.

Had to walk up and down stairs with a 4 year old and our suitcases because there was no elevator on one side of the building.

Our room wasn’t even ready until 6:00pm and for $190 a night in my opinion that was unacceptable. We had to go to the indoor pool area with all of our luggage and wait until it was ready which did keep the kids entertained however the indoor water park was extremely chaotic. There is a sign that states no life guard but there was an employee folding towels on her phone while teenagers were jumping off structures that had signs not to do so into 4 foot water around small children almost hitting some of them. 4-6 people piling down the slide all together right after very small children shoving them underwater because lack of spaced timing. They advertised an adult only hot tub but the entire night untill close it was full of children jumping in and playing ( note, there was an additional hot tub for children). It was not awful, the kids were happy, the room was clean and breakfast was good but we will not be returning. For us it was not worth the value we paid for one night.

The location was fine. The breakfast was good. Could have a little bit more variety of different breakfast options. Especially Gluten free options. As there is lot who can't have gluten free. But over all the breakfast was yummy

The shower in the room back up. Drain was very slow. We were standing in 3 inches of water to shower. Toilet backed up and wouldn't go down. There was standing water over the drain in the pool area.

I expected the water park to be a little more than what it was. The price you charge I could've gotten a room with a pool cheaper. Which was basically what we got.
