Roaches in bathroom. :(

The Internet speed was okay but could be faster. I think it was around 5 to 7 mbps. The place itself feels old and run down. That nice open lobby in the picture? I have no idea where that lobby is. It isn't here at this Knoxville Travelodge.

It is convenient to get to from interstate 40. I liked the space on the wall for hanging up coats or clothing.

The room smelled of marijuana as soon as we walked in also of cigarettes and of some kind of weird, nauseating food smell the next day. It advertised free breakfast, there was no free breakfast and when I asked the front desk, they were very rude about it. When we came back from the event, we were there to attend our card key no longer work on our door and we had to go back to the front desk and they said sometimes they lose their magnetism, so for a bit we were afraid we may have lost all our things we left in our room, we ended up not even staying the second night just because of the smells, kids running around u attended, the people who were outside smoking marajuana and reeked of alcohol sitting on the stairs and breezeways, it was scary there honestly.

The property was just outside of Knoxville close to the convention center where we needed to be.

Sheets had burn holes, window curtain had holes in it; looked more like an old shower curtain liner than an actual curtain.

Location was relatively convenient, as we were only there for an overnight stop. Food and gas was nearby. Price was good.

Floor was very dirty. Turned my white socks black when walking around for a short period of time while getting ready in the morning. Door didn't latch properly without slamming it.

COVID made lots of changes like no breakfast. Will be happy to see staffing levels return

Price was good, not jacked up because of a local college football game like others. Staff was friendly, small mishap with the room assignment but that was fixed quickly. Clean room and quiet. We will stay again on our return trip.

air conditioning worked part time making noises. floor was dirty. front desk people were unpersonable almost rude. bathtub was dirty. bed had cigarette burns in the mattress and mattress cover. one use of toilets paper, had to go get my new roll from front desk.

in disrepair. ceiling texture in bathroom was falling down. corner of wall was cracked. light fixture had a short in it. light would flicker. employees came across as lazy.

liked the fact that there was a refrigerator. water pressure in shower was great.

The hotel / motel was old it smelt old and the sheets were full of holes.

There was no breakfast you couldn’t get into the lobby you had to ring a bell at this window for service!!

Coffee provided. I stayed 4 months ago in another hotel the same category and they had coffee, breakfast and was cheaper- about 75-80. So this one did not meet my expectations

The property was convenient to stay for a night sleep, but I was surprised that it did not provide either in room coffee/tea or in the reception area. I have stayed many times tat Travelodge in the past (mostly UK/London) and it was very pleasant. But this one was more like a lower category motel. The mattress was hard, it was clean - which was good and expected. But definitely for the price that I paid 95+tax, this room did not meet my expectations.

TV was pretty small for the room probably should have been almost twice as big to meet today's standards

First room I was assigned smelled like smoke terrible they had to give me another room even though the first one was supposedly a no-smoking room and identified as such

I have stayed in this hotel and this location twice and both times the management and or the owner (possibly), was not friendly, nor cordial. Also, the cleaning staff doesn't speak/know any of the English language. When attempting to communicate they actually don't speak AT ALL and appear as if they are afraid.

Location was very convenient to various restaurants, service stations and interstate. A very comfortable king size bed with extra pillows. Staff at check in was friendly and efficient.

Lobby still on lock down due to Covid when everyone else is open. No one to help with any issues and front guy was rude to my friend when she asked for a plunger because our toilet was messed up.

The bed was comfortable and it was easy access to the interstate. Some restaurants close by was convenient. That's about it. Rooms closer to PF were too much.

Carpet! I loved being able to have my pet. But I absolutely hate the fact that you have carpet. It smells & it’s extremely dirty.
