We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe facility is old and not kept up. There was no mirror above the sink in the bathroom. I was told AFTER I paid my two nights that each pet is $15/day. These are emotional support animals. Told the front desk that this is false advertising and I that I would give them a bad review. The clerk said he won’t check me in if I do that. NEVER AGAIN!! The carpet was dirty and stained. Clearly there was pee on the rugs which they are able to sniff.
The location off 95 was convenient. There was a MUCH new, cleaner Holiday Inn.

United StatesBesides breakfast, the key cards were very difficult to use. We had to go get new keys a few times. We were not the only ones having problems with the keys. Perhaps if the doors weren't damaged as if they had been broken into (multiple times), there would not have been a problem. Owners of this property are not taking pride in their establishment and boy does it show! Through no fault of her own, the housekeeper entered our room early in the morning to clean because we were on the list as having left - though we had another day. Another reason we had to straighten out the front desk.
I was extremely disappointed in breakfast. The only protein available were tiny cups of yogurt - no eggs, no bacon, no sausage...seems obvious that the facility was absolutely cutting corners one would usually expect.

United StatesOur bathroom smelled VERY strongly of weed. Really needs deodorizing! We left the door closed and fan on and it was tolerable but the bathroom itself stunk! That for us was really the only bad thing. Price was reasonable, location was great, staff was polite.

United StatesThe room could have been cleaned better. There was dead roach on the bathroom floor. There was an empty baby formula can under the air conditioning unit and there were cobwebs with dead spiders over the bathroom mirror. All the hotel clerk did was apologize and say he will speak to the housekeeping staff. Luckily we were only staying for one night and we had just driven 3 hours to get there so we just kept our room for the night. Will not be staying there again. I have included a picture of the dead roach and the note on the mirror is a complete lie😠
It was quiet and the continental breakfast was ok.

Courteous staff, the area surrounding the property is quite dark and the area overgrown; which is concerning considering the building sits so far back. The room was nice and cool, and clean.

United StatesThe bed was old and lumpy. The door had such a big gap that one could identify people by looking at the door frame. The thermostat on the heater was incredibly inaccurate. There were close hanging in the bathroom from the previous guest so I don't know how well the room and was cleaned if the housekeeper missed that
