The fact that I still haven’t received my refund from booking.com or the hotel for not even staying in the room for a minute after walking in the first day. There was roaches and it was dirty and the fridge was frozen over so you couldn’t even use it

The fact that pets are not allowed even if is a companion or service dog with her vest on and her id, I have to pay for my service dog another hotel for dogs wich cost me almost 300 dollars that affected my budget really serious even the person that received my service dog in the hotel told me to make a complaint because my dog have all the documentation required by law and I can stay and take her with me anywhere and I'm gonna send this feedback to all my friends and family on all social media because all of them have pets and this is one hotel that they don't wanna to stay

Hello my stay at red roof south was not good there didn't explain all what was in the room and what kind of service we get there except to cook but there was no cooking utensils not even a cup or a spoon I was very disappointed because of that I spend too much money for food and the house keeping was not good we had to use towels for a whole week and no house keeping like cleaning the room we had to buy our own soap and toilet paper when what we meet in the room finished who does that oh my god you all need to go on social media people need to know about you all only thing we like is the quick response of the maintenance and some of the front desk workers like the guy who does the laundry and one of the lady not the one with the pink hair and imagine each room only have one set of bed sheets so you have to wait until there wash and dry ohmy god who does that in this modam world the need to report to the health department I not ever recommend your hotel to anyone it is unsanitary and unhealthy I didn't move to a next hotel because I couldn't get a refund so I had to stay and try and make the best of a bad situation may good help you all.

it was not a good expirience in the room, we asked for non smoked room but room we got is full of smoky smell bed was too small and bathroom was not having closed tub water would flow out if not carefull definatly wint stay again in that kind of rooms

The room we stayed it was absolutely disgusting. I would never go back. I wish I could post pictures because it’s hard to explain the level of gross it was. The nightstands are falling apart with the amount of water damage. fixtures were completely rusty and mold in the bathrooms. My feet was black after walking on the floors after the shower. The mattresses were completely stained. I was shocked over how bad it actually was!

There was nothing to like about this hotel. It was dated, poorly maintained, lacked cleanliness, lacked amenities and could do with a complete makeover.

It wasn't clean, I had to clean my room. I didn't get good rest the was was horrible 😞. The room bad a very bad smell. I had to get alots of plug ins. The shower was so bad I had to clean 😩 and clean it up over and over. I kept smelling smoke. This was very bad 👎 experience 😕 😔 😐 . This was my first time in a place like this.

Our room had a stale cigarette smoke smell the entire stay - even though it was a non smoking room. The blankets had burn holes in them. Our towels smelled of mildew. Our room had roaches and just was not cleaned well before entry. The entire property outside was covered in ants.

There is so much to complain about I'm gonna first sing from the moment I walk into the room the rooms are extremely small next the TV didn't work I won't I walked over to the phone call the front desk they said they were sending someone up gives them a moment 30 minutes later I called again no one answered call back the next 30 minutes and she told me to give her a moment that was the front desk Agent.... I called Saturday morning and ask them why no one came So Saturday I went downstairs and asked them what's on one coming To fix the television the agent at the front desk explained that her brother was out sick and that there was another Maintain it man that will fix it today today so I therefore I stated that was fine I love came back home around aint back home around 9 nish..... And still no television I then called book and download then called booking.com to report that no TV.... booking.com representative call the front desk try to get some assistant they placed her on hold and then came back on the line 2 minutes later or so and told her that they are blue and they don't have time right now to talk nevertheless the less Sunday morning comes comes and I'm still without ATV called the front design they said someone would be up and the gentleman who came in the room explained to me that They don't know why they put that television in the room the remote does not work with it they will have to take it out but at the time he can't come back for another hour or so So therefore I spent my whole weekend without television in a room... That I had to pay full price for....

!1. Reserving the rooms as we planned. Better bedding, cleaner kitchen, bathroom.

I used a credit card to reserve two rooms. When we arrived it was after hours. The security guard was checking us in and told us there was only one room available. I had used my card to reserve two. After some time, he gave us a different room for the same price. The bed had impressions in both sides and the linens were damp. It was eerily uncomfortable. We did not sleep well.
