The room was musky and smelled of mold and it was extremely dirty then to top it off the toliet did not work. The shower was nasty and I immediately book another hotel and departed without hast. The pictures on the website come nowhere close to the describing the condition of the room it was a complete opposite of good and bad pure nasty.

When I initially called, the employee I spoke with (did not get a name) stated that he would deal with my issue right away. I resumed my duties, as I was at work at the time. When I reached back to the room. Everything was the same. I called down to the office, and Milagros made it seem like it was my fault, asking me why I did not report the issues sooner when I had only been there 2 nights and had reported them the following day. Otherwise, I had a great interaction with every other employee there. Mr. Levi was my first point of contact, and he was a breeze to deal with. He needs a raise as well! Milagros needs more training in soft skills. To be honest, I think I might have just caught her on the wrong day at the wrong hour. When we were face to face, she was a bit easier to deal with.

I had a complaint about my initial room. I was unable to get it resolved at first, but that was only because Miss Chilean (I apologize because I am almost certain that I'm spelling it incorrectly) was not on the clock. The moment I met her, I knew she was a straight shooter and ran things with an iron fist. She definitely can not be blamed for the headaches I endured before she came to my rescue. She deserves a raise! She dealt with my issue with tact and understanding. If you stay there and never meet her, you did not get the full experience of this cozy hotel. She not only upgraded my room but she convinced me to become a rewards member and I've been happy with the experience thus far.

The fact that it had bugs and I couldn't stay here because it was disgusting. I have not received my money back and find it unacceptable that I have had to wait considering the room had roaches.

The cleanliness was terrible, the floor was disgusting without cleaning, there were cockroaches everywhere, the bathroom with a lichen of water from the toilet faucet. The TV control had no battery and I had to disconnect the cable to be able to turn it off. There was no hot water to bathe at night. In general, it was the first and last time he rented in that place. The only good thing I can say that I found there was the treatment of a young Latina, who behaved very kind and looked for the thousand ways to be able to solve us.

Roaches crawling on floors and up and down the walls we had keep the lights on so they wouldn't come out and we couldn't keep our suitcases in the room afraid they would crawl into them so every day we had to go to the trunk of the car to get what we were going to wear It was horrible I felt like they should have gave me some of my money back and the loud music playing all night plus the strangers knocking on the door I will never stay there again or refer anyone to stay there

i purchased a room for 5/27 to 5/28 for a non smoking queen room. when I got there I was told they had no rooms available even though my room was confirmed. they then offered me a smoking room and I decided it wasn’t so bad we are just sleeping here one night it’s not so bad. we got ready for the event we came to Orlando for and left. we got back to our room at 3 am and found roaches all over the bathroom since and mirror, as well as the small kitchen areas. It is right now 4:03 am and we tried to let the front desk know to assist us. and the boy working the front desk said “all I can do is check you out I can’t help you” , grabbed my key and closed the door. So I would like a response to this message to see what I can do about being returned the payment of this booking that I did not sleep in.

Management has no clued about accounting. They do false advertisement about the price. You book it for one price and when you arrived they wanted to charge you whatever they feel like. If you want a clean, comfortable and feel that you are getting your staying worth save your time and money. Go elsewhere and be stress free. You will ended paying over $400 extra for services they dont provide. You dont even get towels and clean sheet. You will ended up with nasty beds, broken furniture, roaches infested, bathroom leakage, and extremely dirty. If you tell management about the issues they laughed at you because they already know about the unit condition before you checked in. They dont care about how you feel about, all they care its about collecting the money without giving you a refund. If you cant view the unit before book it dont finalize your booking.

The cleanliness this property wasn’t clean or sanitary for me. I had to clean up my own room and I got sick upon cleaning it. it had lots of germs like the last person that was in it was very sick. we could not get our room clean or request for bath towels only on Tuesday.

horrible experience was very dirty. My toilet was clogged for two days no housekeeping No maintenance help for two days the one housekeeper they had was very nice but upset that the hotel doesn’t give her not even bags for the garbages. I had to get my room changed after the first night because the room was so nasty but was stuck in it for a whole night with the people next door doing drugs and partying all night with loud music my daughter was scared only 12 yrs old. My key kept not working to get in my room the second room was still dirty and smelled like cigarettes and I have a 11 month old and my 12 yr old has asthma the floor was so dirty we couldn’t let my baby crawl we had to deal with a crying baby the whole stay. I was told every Wednesday they change linens and new towels again I didn’t get any linens and I had to go to the office to get towels and had to wait 5 hours for them. overall the staff was nice it just seems very short handed and out of order. I was definitely not happy with this stay and would like a refund.

It was nasty there, all the Appliances were broken! The rooms were not to clean! The price was ridiculous! The pool was dirty, the washer was broke for a whole month! Security offfered money for sex!!!

1. My room was filthy when I checked it, their was dried hard rice all over the floor along with other debris that you could feel stepping on. 2. Both garbage cans had bags that didn’t even come close to fitting in them. 3. The counters, stove, microwave & refrigerator were all dirty. Not to mention chipped paint here and there just showing the lack of effort to keep the place up to customer standards. 4. I kept getting locked out because the keys would deactivate no matter what I did. 5. You have to carts to help with luggage, your an extended stay so people might have quite a bit to unload and without a cart it’s really hard to do especially when you’re a woman that has already had 2 back surgeries and a car full. I did end up having some other guests offer to help me so that was awesome. 6. Than their was the issue of having to keep coming up with the $100 deposit because I booked through a third party which is ridiculous. I’ve been staying at a lot of hotels lately and y’all are the only ones that won’t transfer it over leaving people in tight spots waited for their deposit to come back to them after dishing out another one they didn’t have to spend. Their were multiple people in the office upset with this. 7. The attitude of the lady that helped was far from professional. Needless to say I won’t be staying at one of y’all hotels again. I was wanting to stay here for about 6 months but after everything that’s no longer an option for me so now I get to pack everything back up and load it all in my car again without a cart.

The security guy was AWESOME and it’s nice quiet area and clean on the outside at least.

They say pet friendly (pets free) But No pets allowed or you kicked out when i get there . Say laundry but washers only dryers No gym Pool dirty I slept in the room 1night from a week worth and they changed the price of the booking and up charged me $21.00 more then the guaranteed price given and it say pay at hotel but the charged me a whole night rate and i had to pay the rate given in the reservation with a up charge of $21.00 nothing here was fair i brought my dog with arrangement of them having a place to stay but thay wasnt right plans changed had to figure out a week of this. The staff is very unfriendly. The motel is old, dilapidated and broken down. The pool is dirty. The location is not that great so you better make sure you have a vehicle because the stores in the area are horrible. Guests, most of which are living there, are dirty and noisy. There were no towels because they were being washed. I ended up buying towel sets.

Staff is rude they invade your privacy I had a random supposedly maintenance guy walk into my room when I brought it to management he didn't show any remorse or empathy than processed to cancel my stay the day after I payed them because I said I don't feel safe with people walking into my room without a valid reason.

I didn't like anything about the hotel. The building, hallways, room, bed, bathrooms were dirty. There was dirt/sand in my bed sheets. The area didn't feel secure. I honestly lost my money because I didn't even stay the night. I left because the places was really appropriate to stay.
