The plug stopper for tub would not go down so could not take a bath. Front desk young man that I inquired from was dressed like a auto mechanic and did not know nor offer to find out. I also wish the Comfort Inn's would go back to having a hot tub (spa) area with pool. That is how and why I always stayed at a Comfort Inn.

Room was clean and easy plug-in access for coffee maker also easy UMB port for cell phone.

I was happy to see they had biscuits & gravy. It would be more helpful for the breakfast to start at 6 or 6:30 instead of starting at 7:00. We will definitely be using this place to stay while getting some dentist work done in the next few months.

The missing grout in front of the toilet and the dirty bathtub. I didn't like that they dont clean the parking lot, especially the handy cap spots. I slipped and tweeked my back stepping off the sidewalk

The downsides to the stay were the breakfast—very limited options and nothing hot. The pool was extremely cold too. The kids could stand it, but adults not so much. The spa was out of order so that was not an option either.

The staff was extremely helpful. The first room we entered had a smoke odor. The staff explained that occasionally people will ignore the no smoking sign and promptly found us a new room, which was great. When the drink machine had an issue they quickly got us water bottles as well. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was very clean.

breakfast was disappointing, husband can have No sugar, he drank coffee and went to braums for breakfast. There were no wash cloths in our room, we checked and none were ready at that time, received one warm one later as we returned and asked again.

The property had a really bad smell in the rooms. The pool was very dingy ,low light and old.The spa/hot tub was not working and they did not specify that when booking. The water in the tub would not drain.

First room assigned had a refrigerator that didn’t work and a refrigerator was needed to keep insulin refrigerated and insulin travel pack frozen.

The eggs were horrible. Coffee was located in a different area. The waffle batter was so thick it would hardly pour into the waffle maker. Because of the density it wouldn’t cook through properly. All-in-all it seemed like an after thought. Staff person came in at the end and added a few things half-heartedly. This is a non-smoking facility and the people in the two rooms next to ours were together. They used the latches of the doors to keep the doors from shutting completely as they continually went in and out and let the door slam repeatedly. They propped open the door at the end of the hall and would stand in the doorway and smoke, chain-smoking while the children were in the room. The smoke drifted back into the hall and the whole place reeked. That went on the entire time we were there. No smoking means no smoking! It should be observed and pointed out!

We had confirmation that we could check in at 9 am then when they got there we had to argue and show them our email then they didn't have the king 1 bedroom suite we paid $160 for she promised us we would switch rooms by 3 but then of course they STILL didn't have the suite so we had to stay in a smaller room (for $162 for one night, outrageous!) Their pool was broken then the 2nd room they gave us had a bed bug on the ceiling and it wasn't even night time yet, but they were very nice and gave us our money back instantly. I don't blame them at all as I feel as though it may have been from the people whom had literally just checked out right before they cleaned it for us. I know it happens to any and every body and it's not their fault but she was on the phone getting it taken care of instantly
