Still only two washing machines for all of the guests. The grab and go breakfast has only been muffins. We were told there would also be oat meal and fruit.

So we have been staying here for two weeks now and there have been lots of improvements. The floors look cleaner and the stairwells are also getting cleaned.

At night when things calm down it is a very nice area to take walks. Parking was always available. The room has nice storage with shelves in the closet area.

The breakfast items are sometimes there and other days they are not. There are 3 washing machines but only two work and it does not seem they are in any hurry to get it fixed.

The coffee is out every morning. Location is off main street.

The location is wonderful, we woke up to birds instead of loud traffic. The curtains are black out and work very well. Our room was very cozy. More "home like" than motely.

The place is run down. They advertise full kitchen but there's no benefit since there are no cooking utensils, no dishes, not even a coffee maker, unless you pay extra for those items. By the time we would add the cost of the basic kitchen utensils, we might as well stay somewhere else. The room and the building is run down. I do NOT plan on staying at any Extended America property ever again.

The location was good in terms of being close to restaurants.

No one is ever at the front desk. The dogs in the building are loud and bark all day, making it hard for people who are day sleepers and work nights. The halls smell like dog feces from them deficating in the rooms. All in all it really needs better policies.

The rooms that are in working condition are good. Not many are in working condition.

Dates rooms, everything was a la carte, not even a trash can. Thin towels, Had to pay for extra or clean towels. Property lawn was covered with dog poop, people letting the dogs pee right at front entrance. Trash bags left by front door… homeless people hanging around after dark. Staff not friendly and willing to help. No discounts for seniors or disabled. Won’t be staying at any other extended stay. Left a bad impression.

The horrible smell in the halls. Horrible. Room was dirty. Hair all over. Belonging left in drawers. TV took forever to turn on. Loud neighbors. Toilet never flushes on 1st flush. Staff not up front at desk during hours stated. No breakfast or hair dryer as stayed on booking.com. Bed bugs? Woke up with bites every day. Yuck. Wont go back

No utensils or crockery, so kitchenette was a waste of time. No coffee facilities, nor breakfast, even though these were included when booked. Disgraceful way to treat guests.

We requested for nonsmoking room but there was a bad odor at the door and recliner. And the curtains was broken and lights were coming in from outside. And the chairs are not clean.

The manager Jeff is just amazing. He can tell not only does he value his job but he takes it seriously. He doesn't treat customers bad at all he is very understanding and over all a pleasure to rent from

The didnt have a pan for us to cook with and no coffee pot. The front desk lady was rude never got up off her chair and Disappeared when I told her we would be right back for my check out receipt. It was very upsetting the way I was treated! Also The front desk people told us when we got there there would be no complimentary breakfast all week, due to them being out of everything. I would like to be refunded for a couple of night s for our inconvenience!! Thank you!!
