Floors of room had not been cleaned. Bathroom door didn't close and needed to be sanded and painted. Outside doors from interior hallways to outdoors were left open and unlocked creating a lack of security.

Floor in room was dirty, the premises needed cleaned. Area outside of room was dirty. Exterior and interior of doors was dirty. Shower drain had fallen apart. Ac vent was filthy. Furniture in room was old and stained.

Location and can't beat the price. Check in lady was nice and accomidating.. Nice bedding and mattress protector. Room needed new pillows you can tell there's been an attempt to fix up the rooms. No coffee pot in room. Hard floors and newer countertops. Still has old bathtubs and very old furniture. A bit more maintenance and cleaning and could be a lot nicer stay.

I know its a spread out configuration but it took 5 minutes with both the tub and sink running the hot water to get hot water. Shower head, not great pressure.

The bed was uncomfortable. The outer cover of the bed was dirty. The floor left our feet black. The toilet leaked, running water across the floor.

The staff was very nice.

Dated. Non-smoking room clearly has been smoked in. Emptied two cans of air fresheners to kill the smell.

Upon checking in I had to give them an additional $100 to hold. After already paying for the room on Booking.com. They gave it back upon checkout but I had to go get them money because my card wouldn’t work. Then walking in the room, it was decent. When using the toilet it wouldn’t flush. I got woke up early because something was biting me. When I pulled the covers back there was a bedbug. That I really didn’t like!

The staff was super friendly. The property was quiet.

Shady place. Outdoor security sliding doors were stuck in the open position my entire stay. Bathtub didn't drain. Partly because the stopper didn't stay up. Not enough towels. One had brown stains on on it.

Room never cooled to a comfortable temp w ac set on 60 degrees the entire time, we both slept hot in separate beds. Bath fixtures needed addressing.

Our room couldn’t have been further apart. Didn’t seem to be anyone in the rooms next to ours. They just was no way to changed to rooms that where booked. The internet indicated 10 miles but it was more like 20. The mattresses was badly broke down.

Had to park car and trailer in a parking lot next too complex. Commode was stopped up. There was no Breakfast, and worst of all NO COFFEE!!!!!!

The exterior was fine and the room was good, but the common space after the reception area and until you walked into the room realllllly needed some work. The door was broken, the handrails did not feel safe. No elevator that we ever found. The hallway was about 100 degrees because the rooms have HVAC that vents to the hall. It was only 60 degrees outside, but so hot in the hallway. I can't imagine how that is in the summer time.

The location was good. We didn't eat the breakfast -- frankly, I forgot about it. The room and the bathroom felt very clean except that the remote was sticky. We even cleaned it with our own wipes and it was still sticky so probably just sticky from being cleaned, but still...ewweee. We put it in a clear plastic bag so we wouldn't have to touch it.

The hotel is really in very bad condition. the rooms have very particular aromas, the pipes are clogged, the water faucets are loose, and to top it off, there are cockroaches

Window looks out on hallway which has bright lights on all night. The exterior doors at either end of the hall were open all night. No towel bars Common area carpet is dirty.

Reasonable rate, bathroom was clean.

The room could have been a little more updated. The A/C kept shutting off and on.

It was okay! It was clean and really all we needed. It could have been a little more put together and updated but other than that it was a nice stay.
