Staff was never around, the bathroom looks like it was never cleaned, towels were stained, our sheets were inside out, needed an extra damage deposit upon arrival from one of my guests which they didn’t tell us, water was freezing, and only 1 towel for 4 guests.

The shower was OK but the tub did not drain on its own accord. You had to hold the knob down to get it to drain so you were ankle deep and water while you were taking a shower and the towel rack was busted.

There was a breakfast available we did not partake. There was only one table 2 chairs to sit at which I could’ve gone back to my room with it. The coffee was great.

Room felt cramped. Had two refrigerators and two microwaves put the two refrigerators together and you had one working refrigerator.

I booked 2 rooms, both with a king AND sofa. Parents and a grown child were to stay in each room. One room was a king and sofa. One room was only a king. This didn't work at all!!! The second couple had to find another hotel.

The bedside table and lamp were not fully cleaned, and had drops of an unidentified substance spotting them. There was no place to hang a jacket. Aesthetically the shower head was odd, but it worked well and had hot water. Edit: Watch your credit card statements carefully. The property charged the extra deposit in case there was damage to the room, but they never reversed the charge. I am still (3 months later) waiting for final resolution through my credit card company. There was nothing damaged in the room, and no justifiable reason why I would need to pay an additional $50 on top of the room rate. I should have just booked into one of the nicer hotels in the area, which would have been the same price as this hotel plus the security deposit.

The hotel was reasonably priced, and offered a room with two beds. Beds had fresh sheets and the bathroom was clean. The room had a mini-fridge, and there was breakfast included.

Dirty broken arm chair in room, curtains falling off window had to try and hook them up for privacy. Toilet seat too small for toilet it would pinch your legs when using it. The doors locked the next morning and couldn't use room key to get back in without going to front desk. Was a total pain and wouldn't use it again

Breakfast was a disappointment because only one table and a family using it. Staff didn't seem overly happy but were accommodating.

They had a $50 incidental charge, which I contacted them several times to remove. Finally, I had to contact the credit card company to challenge the charge to my credit card. I only slept there and did nothing else. The hotel has 90 days to respond to my challenge. I have stayed here before and had no problems. Not sure if I will stay here again.

Breakfast area too small! Not enough staff! Bathroom had no counter space to sit items on. Room was only cleaned up once & we had to request wash cloths & towels. Only saw one person doing everything & that was the young man who manned the front desk. I felt sorry for him.

There were no tissues in the box. There was not a place to hang our coats (the bar was not there and there were no hangers) they floor was not clean, it needed sweeping and there was a light coat of dust all over everything. I think it was just painted. The alarm clock was not plugged in (not a big deal) but there was also not a battery for battery backup in case of an outage. The nightstand between the beds is coming apart.

I did not know when breakfast hours were so we missed it. I was looking forward to the waffle!

There was only one staff member. He was horrible. He even tried to make me pay in cash although my room was fully paid in credit card. Breakfast: late and most of the time there's only some bad coffee

Although there were several signs about "pardon our mess" "we are remodeling", we couldn't tell what was being remodeled. The metal bedframes were too close to the edge of the bed - each time we approached the bed, our toes hit the metal sheeting and made a loud noise. Some spots in the room had not been cleaned in a while - one drawer handle, in particular, had some kind of dirt caked on in a spot. There was also an indentation in the bathroom door where someone had hit it, although it didn't go through the door. All the doors were very loud, especially the outer door at the far end. We could hear people coming and going most of the night.

pillows weren’t very comfortable. 1 didn’t have a pillow case. Very small, not very good breakfast and tiny sitting area. Vending machine was out of bottled water. Parking lot very small hard to find a spot.

Overpriced for the age and condition of this facility. Only thing new at this motel was the sign. Carpets were worn and seemed dirty. Towels were thin and had torn edge. Water was slow to drain.
